My ex refused to sign a pre nup. So i traded her in. Its a big red flag and trust me they all do the tears thing when the topic comes up if they dont want to sign ( been there twice now, dumped them both over it shortly after) A real woman that really loves you would sign willingly and happily because she would just want you not your assets. Its a very easy test to see what they are really about :D

Its a very rough explanation, you're correct in what you said about you not owning it. The trust vehicle would in the example used. And the trustee company would control it. The directors of the trustee would just carry out your wishes by proxy. This is one of the same methods the rich use to keep their wealth out of harms way. Its very hard for an external party to see what is inside a trust, who benefits from it or who controls it. Its quite powerful. Hope this helps
