6	Saw this on ED, thought it would be relevant here. It's office work managing day to day problems and employees etc. it's not high stress though can be hectic from time to time. She just believes that it her bosses should come to her with accolades and praise. They do appreciate her, but don't actively raise her pay because she never talks to them about it. My wife and I work in very similar industries, manage about the same people and work roughly the same hours per week, were also both on salary, the only difference is that I have 5 years more experience than she does and she has more education than me. I make 75k plus benefits, she is at 37k plus benefits. I have fought for each raise, showing experience, relevant training and education for the field.
