This is more true than most people know.

Women you don't like: Incompatible Personality or Lack of Personality Women who don't impress you: Lack Achievements/Skills/Interesting Qualities How about women you don't find attractive? Would the principle be the same? (i.e. if you don't find them attractive, you have nothing to lose, thus more confidence.)

Well as long as you like it, we'll just keep lying to you. :)

Need clarification. Do you actually dislike it when girls tell you these things? Or are you just saying as much as men like hearing it, its not true?

That's very true. But most RedPill men seem uninterested in marriage.

That makes sense, not going to extremes (at least not unless you have reason to) but remember that having emotions doesn't make you a woman. It makes you human.

oh, I see. I was gonna say... don't trust anyone solely because they are hot. Yes, exercise + clean eating suggest discipline, self-respect and a host of other good qualities, but that doesn't mean hot people (particularly hot girls) don't take advantage of this and use their attractiveness against others to get what they want.

You're inspired to trust a woman based on her hot body? Really?

Okay well thanks for that lovely explanation, but I was asking for a concrete example. Inspired by god? Inspired by beauty? Inspired by her behavior? (in which case, I would argue that it is similar to "earning" trust, be that its based on actions)

because god forbid anyone like experiencing emotions.

Inspired by what or who exactly? I need clarification.

Well, its one of the common side effects of depression (decrease in libido) so its likely that this is more psychological than hormonal. I mean, its all correlated of course (psychological depression affects levels of stress hormones etc.) but taking a break from women and focusing on your own mental health & wellbeing might be beneficial.

'Dickhead' should be an official measurement of normalcy for male hormones. On a scale of Pussy to Dickhead, of course.

Do you think you're depressed in any way, or just sort of bored with the game? From an outsider perspective, it doesn't sound like you want to settle into a monogamous relationship. It sounds like you just need some kick-back time. If that's the case, its totally normal (and healthy) to need time to yourself for hobbies/friends/relaxation.

I don't like to party and I have very few friends, so I think you're jumping to inaccurate conclusions. I choose not to have kids for other reasons, but I won't go into those because its a very long and boring list. That being said, yes, I am young. And I don't know what I will want in 10 or 15 years. So you're right about that.

I guess I didn't think of it like that. Its very difficult to rate people as having greater or lesser value than others (like "if there were 2 people in a burning building and you could only save one" scenarios) but realistically, sometimes you have to.

Okay, I get what you're saying. I still believe that people have equal "value" as human beings, but in regards to who society is interested in protecting, I agree that women definitely have the upper hand. Ironically, part of that is modern-day feminism, and part of that might stem from traditional values (save the women and children first sort of thing). Unfortunately, men suffer from both of these philosophies.

Most of the responses worth reading read the entire post without judging it by its title. So I guess you could say it was a shit test. (accidental, but at least I learned something!) I'll definitely visit /r/RPWomen for more info. Thanks for the advice, always appreciated.

Well, I agree that biologically, people still look for potential mates with good genetics, regardless of whether or not they want children. Obviously, men still want women who have caring/motherly traits and child-birthing hips, because its engrained in their DNA to want those things. Same reason women want men who are Alphas and providers. Yeah, my biological clock might start ticking someday, I don't doubt that. But that doesn't change the fact that I'd rather not risk tearing from my V to my …

Another redditor pointed out that there's no such thing as an Alpha-female. So that was a misconception on my part (although there are certainly women who try to be Alpha, like you said) Another post I read said that women inherently want to be "fuckees" and men want to be the "fuckers". I agree with this. Biologically, it makes sense, and it falls in line with the Lock and Key metaphor. So it would make sense that Alpha Males want feminine women who are okay being submissive (particularly in be…

I mean equal as a human being. My life has equal value as yours, but my arm strength... not so much.

I am 22. I don't want children. I am a sociopath that has difficulty developing emotional intimacy. I'm not averse to commitment, but I recognize that the traditional model (dating, marriage, kids) does not usually work, and probably wouldn't work for me.

Thank you, I really appreciate your reply. It gets very difficult to navigate between the extremes of being overly 1950s housewifey or crazy tumblr feminist. Personally, I would like to learn more about both TRP and RPwomen, because I think it works best when you understand where both sides are coming from (after all, it takes two to tango). Its very enlightening to hear what men expect from women. If I hold men in certain standards, it would only make sense to hold myself to those same standard…

I think you really hit the nail on the head! Most of my confusion was probably stemming from this misconception—equating men's desires with women's. Which is inaccurate. I think that's the biggest hurdle our society faces when it comes to gender issues... admitting that men and women are equal, but definitely different.

Thank you! Very helpful and specific answers. I definitely have to work on my fitness. (Not in the worst shape, but definitely not my best either, and I think that takes priority not only in dating, but also in personal confidence) I definitely agree with your answer on number 4, because I think it pretty much sums up equality without the extremes of tumblr feminist bullshit or straight-up misogyny. Its sort of like the Golden Rule. Treat others the way you want to be treated. I'll have to look …

I will definitely check out /r/redpillwomen basically, as a female acting like what TRP preaches will just make you appear to be a massive bitch. Thank you so much for the warning. Honesty is always appreciated.

Semi irrelevant, but after reading your post, I realized that a guy in my past helped me out of the "ugly duckling" phase. I didn't even realize that this was a thing, or that guys actively try to help ugly ducklings. Do you think he did it on purpose? He would say stuff like "you're beautiful no matter what" and "I liked you better curvy" but oddly enough, the compliments had a reverse psychological effect, motivating me to eat healthy and exercise 50 lbs off within months. How common is this?
