Definitely agree. Bodybuilding programs will make you look good while getting you strong. I'd suggest to people to keep doing bench, squat, and deadlift. But also prioritize improving your physique and getting your body fat % low. Do yoga and cardio too.

There comes a point where I just don't care how the interaction goes. I just approach because I'm bored and want to talk to someone. I'll talk about random stuff, say some wild shit, tease hard, laugh, get some laughs, try new approaches, fail hard, etc. I guess my point is, have some fun with it.

Get a blood test done and find out what you're deficient in. Also get on Accutane for the acne asap. I would check out ZMA if you want some zinc. Most people these days are deficient in magnesium as well.

OP, I'd recommend Dan Carlin or Bill Burr's podcast. Should give you plenty of entertainment on your journey.

Just use the search bar. A lot of people went through what you're going through, asked the same questions, and got good responses. Just search buzz words like: "ego", "competition", "motivation", "jealousy, "goals", "discouraged". Reddit is a buffet of information. Take what you want and get out there.

You're just jealous. Stop taking yourself too seriously, lose the ego, and get motivated by the competition. Easier said than done, but there's a lot of information in this sub about those things.

It's so fucking real. I sat on my ass nearly everyday for 22-24 hours as a truck driver for the past 2 years. Now I'm almost looking like my old self after 4 months now that I quit. People say they can see the age in my eyes though. Whatever.

If you don't mind me asking, what do you do in Thailand? I've always been interested settling down abroad, but never got the drive to do so until now.

It's a hard pill to swallow man. Got to accept and be okay that you can't control people 100% and let them go when they cross the line. Analyze what you can change then move on, and never look back. Harder than it sounds, but good luck.

Depends on what you're interested in STEM. Currently at the same boat as you at age 27. I'm going for a nursing degree next semester. Not the best career currently. But I was an EMT for 4 years and it was always fulfilling knowing that you've made a difference in someone's life, despite all the bs we put up with. Going to dive deep in the nursing field and hopefully end up somewhere that pays very well with something I'll love to do. Good luck!

You don't magically become the prize once you hear that phrase. "You are the prize" is a mindset, attitude and pretty much a way to live your life as a confident human. No matter what life shit gets thrown at you, you're still the prize.

You won't have weight, so you'll need to focus on a pump with your repetitions. This means you'll squeeze the muscle you're working on with slow to normal repetitions. Focus on contracting and holding that contraction. It takes time to learn because you're going to learn how to control your muscles when working out. Also count your calories. Find a sweet spot where you're not getting fat, but you're making reasonable gains. This is the bodybuilding side of working out where you can use a low amo…

Keep a food diary and write down what you ate, and what time you ate it, everyday. Know what triggers it and what relieves it. Mix it up, try something new, find food that causes symptoms, and food you can get by with. You'll eventually know what food causes what and what time to expect what will happen.

There are apps that you can download you can use to study. They're the exact same questions and answers on the dmv computer tests. The driving test is all up to you and how good your school can teach you.

Go drive a truck. Can make 40k in your first year pretty easily. You can do the long distance thing for a year and then come back and do some local stuff.

Best oppportunities for growth would be living next to where you work. Traffic is a bitch that costs too much time. Own, rent, roommate? Depends on the person and how much value you have. You can have a woman overlook a lot of things you got wrong in your life if you have charisma and value. I say stay within your budget and live near your job. Then improvise, adapt, overcome, DESTROY!

Habits are hard to lose. I would focus on one aspect you would want to change in your social skills. Find a small habit you do that makes you awkward to be around, and find ways to fix that. Once you get good, look for another. Do the work. It's going to be hard, but as you make bold changes the more better you'll become and your mindset about yourself will change. Do the work and good luck. Also, learn to stop caring what people think of you. Keep thinking their opinion doesn't matter when you …

You're fine dude. Sounds like you're in your head a lot. You're about to graduate. Congrats. Want advice? Get a job right away. Build up that resume. Seek therapy if you need mental help and someone to listen. Budget, invest, help your mom and create an emergency fund. Get rental insurance if you're going to rent. Open some credit, build that score up and don't get into debt. Careful where you spend your time and who you spend your time with. It doesn't sound like you're grounded to reality. Med…

Stop believing it was an insult. It may be an insult, but thinking it's an insult and slight against your manhood is causing you stress. Instead think of it as a playful joke that highlighted what your coworkers think about your silence. You now have constructive feedback that isn't a formal warning or a termination from the higher ups. So take it as motivation to participate and show them that you care about your job. In the future when someone jokes around about you do not be quiet. Stand up f…

If they start the physical assault, you are allowed to protect yourself. You were probably timid because you were not confident in your ability to protect yourself. If you don't know how to protect yourself and find yourself being the target of physical harassment often, then I'd look for some self defense classes and start lifting weights. I'd recommend krav maga.

Take no shit. Call people out on their bullshit. You can be a respectful person, but know your boundaries. If people cross that line, call them out. No matter how hot the woman is or how intimidating the man is, if they cross a line you will call them out on their bullshit right on the spot. Do not be disrespected and let shit slide. The moment you do, you will give off the pussboy vibe and people will treat you like poop. You don't always have to win an argument. And you will fuck up defending …

It looks like he's a bouncer too. The disarming move he does is textbook and perfect. Unarmed security guards first instinct is to call the people who have guns....which is the police. So I think she's running to a safe spot to call the cops. I'd also imagine she would be yelling at everyone to run, and there's a gunman, but everyone looks dumbfounded.

If you have low t, I'd recommend getting on TRT or asking the advice of an endocrinologist. As far as working out goes, it's all up to you. There's a buffet of resources and training programs out there. Whatever works for you might not work for others and vice versa. Do your research then see what works and what doesn't.

Black on black crime leads to more black deaths. Period. You saying, “nothing is gonna stop us getting killed for being black” “just how the world works.” “you probably don't understand”, makes me believe I would never change your mind. And that’s okay, I usually can’t with ignorant people. But when the black community decides to fix the root of the issue instead of cherry picking arguments, thing will finally change for the better.

Fuck yeah. My unpopular opinion received two paragraphs of bullshit. Look at the thread your in and gtfo. To even imply someone is racist because they hold that view shows how blind you are. You don't even know me bitch, and you say I hate black people. As an EMT in Chicago, next time I pick up some black kid who got shot by another black kid in South Side Chicago, I'll think about this.

Black Lives Matter movement is bullshit. If they really cared, they would look to the betterment of their own people and encourage/embrace non-violence in violent poor communities. Black on black crime and thug culture is the real issue in their community, and it seems they're putting it aside. Instead there's a growing accepted racism against white people and blind anger against police.

I'm at that stage where normal 6-7/10 girls will act like that. It takes work for those 8-10/10s but it's easier than them not even noticing me anymore... All I can say is whoever recommended hitting the gym as the primary habit to pick up was not fucking around. To have girls I would have never dreamed of having makes me never miss a gym day...ever.

Read better. I didn't say they "do correlate", but they "can correlate". There's a bunch of factors that can bring up a someone's political ideology. I'm not saying one factor means you can predict 100% someone's ideology.

Voting does have an impact. Why do you think there's no national voting holiday where the majority is off work? Why do you think they try so damn hard to manipulate the votes? Why do you think they make it so inconvenient to get to a polling station? Why do you think the presidential election was on a Tuesday? If you really cared about doing something, at the very least would be to vote.

You need to see a broader view of why a person votes who he votes for. Personal values that are built up on hard work can correlate with political beliefs.

Getting big is hard at your age, for a lot of people. You don't have to do football, wrestling or any other sports that are too violent and rough. You can do gymnastics, volleyball, and track and field. Try sports that have a girls team as well. You can practice with them and have something in common.
