Heres a thought: Woman rapes a guy, gets sentenced to 2-3 years in prison, gets set free and can still find a job and live life normally. Guy rapes woman, instantly gets sentenced to prison for life, and even if he is released early (good behaviour and such), he's still gonna get cancelled on twitter, and most companies are not very interested in hiring a person with a criminal history, let alone a rapist. Why do you think this happens?

Pretty sure choking doesn't cause bruises. "I'm not sure trial by social media is an avenue that should be encouraged." We are just sharing our thoughts. The punishment she receives is all up to the jury. IF the judge and jury are actual professionals they shouldn't let these comments affect their judgement
