The plastic surgeon's office. If you don't meet the women's minimum standards for looks and height you're going to be considered a creep no matter how much game you have.
/r/seduction28/02/22 11:40 AM

Don’t get too excited; women only care about looks and height and using this sort of tactic as a sub-Chad will only creep the girls out.

The only boyfriends and husbands you should even consider worrying about the ones that are strong enough to knock you out in a fight. Otherwise, the girl is fair game. Remember that modern women have no concept of loyalty and would not hesitate to do the same thing with you once a bigger, better Chad comes along.

Yup, it’s really that bad.
/r/seduction06/02/22 05:41 PM

That explains it then; you are a Chad and your success is down to looks and not game.
/r/seduction05/02/22 11:42 PM

For reference, what is your height and how would you rate your face out of 10? I am sure that this only worked because you are very attractive.
/r/seduction05/02/22 10:18 PM

sounds like maybe you struggle Of course I struggle; I am 21 years old and haven’t even come close to going on a first date, because I am too short and ugly to meet the extraordinarily high standards of women these days. My low opinion of modern women is independent of that fact. I would have given up on trying to get a girl already but I made an online bet to approach 1,000 before I allowed myself to do so.

Go abroad. The American dating market is fucked and people who could have gotten a girlfriend only a few years ago now no longer pass the minimum looks and height threshold.
/r/seduction05/02/22 03:33 PM

How tall are you, and how would you rate your face out of 10? If you're a Chad, it's not your game that made it work.
/r/seduction05/02/22 03:30 PM

Ask not whether she has a boyfriend, but whether you're strong enough to KO him in a fight. If so, she's fair game.

just trying to sleep with girls. That's exactly what I mean; very few modern girls are worth having a relationship with.

Do you think that MAYBE the disappearance of that generation is due to the fact that... well... game no longer really works? Since the rise of online dating, the Tinder Chad Buffet giving women limitless options has made having top-tier looks and height totally non-negotiable.

Be at least 6'2" with a 7/10 or hotter face.

Looks and height are basically all that matters in 2022. What country do you live in, how tall are you and how would you rate your face out of 10? If you live in America, make plans to spend long periods abroad - get a job there if you can - and do what an increasing number of men are doing, which is to fill all of your sexual needs in foreign countries. Our dating market is buggered beyond belief and female standards are totally out of touch.

No, it was totally incoherent.

To clarify, the challenge ends when I lose my virginity. 1,000 approaches is the point at which I am allowed to completely give up and start finding ways to just cope with the sexlessness long-term if I still get nothing after all that.
/r/seduction31/01/22 04:48 AM
1

Oh, what the hell; I'll be a winner and act! I made an online bet that I would have to approach 1,000 women before giving up on trying to lose my virginity, and I want to complete it by 2030. I can't wait to go back there again and run game properly this time.
/r/seduction31/01/22 04:12 AM

We get it; you are a Chad blessed with natural looks and height. Most guys cannot get away with half of the stuff that girls tolerate if it comes from you.

Have you missed a chance to go anywhere with a girl before, or have you not even gotten signs of interest? My advice is to cut your losses and go to any foreign country except Canada, Japan and the Nordic nations, which have dating markets that are just as screwy as America's; you should have no problem ascending abroad. I still can't understand why you cannot do so in America, though, and I'm about as Blackpilled as they come in terms of emphasising the importance of looks and height. How many …

Oh dear, that's not encouraging... although you do mog some of the guys that I saw getting action. I'm not sure why you apparently fall short of the 2022 minimum looks and height threshold but those guys didn't.

People notice me (tall) and tend to want to chat with me at events. I have no problems socially and can walk up to any group and fit right in. Wow, how ugly is your face for you to get that lack of results?
/r/seduction31/01/22 12:38 AM

ur problem is, ur either ugly or antisocial. Both. And short. plus girls will give u eye contact which is an invitation to approach. It is? Dang.

Her friends' reaction was priceless. They looked at her like a freak for daring to give affection to a sub-Chad, and then when she asked me to sit down on the couch with her and I called her cute, that was when they called time and practically hauled her off to the other room. I will be a lot more forward next time I meet her so as not to be flummoxed by that tactic.

I don't think I've ever gotten any indications of interest from a girl until a couple of months ago, when I got my first two. One of them was at the first party I went to where this cute blonde girl stood close to me and started rubbing my hands whilst talking to me, but then her friends gave her a concerned look and pulled her away. The last time around I didn't get any blatant indications of interest but girls were happy to sit next to me on the couch when I asked and they were dancing in sync…

I suppose so. I was bold with a girl once at the insistence of some other guys who were egging me on, but that didn't get me anywhere with her as she made excuses when I asked her out. Later, I got called a creep by one girl I wasn't even hitting on and another group of girls that I didn't even speak to, so that was the end of that. It isn't the fear of rejection that is stopping me from using very bold tactics like asking her to makeout, but the fear of my reputation being ruined if the girl co…

Well, I really haven't had any experience with girls at all, and that's not because I missed any chances. And do you realise how many personality red flags girls "miss" when the potential partner is a Chad? I'm pretty sure it isn't any "Incel vibes" that is making dating for me extremely hard - it is a lack of looks and height.
/r/seduction30/01/22 06:02 PM

literally ask her “do you wanna make out for fun?” I’m above average looking That's the only reason that technique worked. I am short and ugly, so I need to be a lot more subtle in order to stay out of trouble. I suppose the only thing I can do is lightly touch her hand and see how she reacts.
/r/seduction30/01/22 05:58 PM

Are you speaking from experience here?
/r/seduction30/01/22 04:28 PM

I am just being realistic about my chances in an environment where I get constantly mogged by Chads. My life is going well now compared to a year ago and I no longer have nothing to lose if a creeped-out girl ruins my reputation.

“Your ass is driving me wild right now” “Your lips are so sexy” “I want to kiss you right now” That is the sort of thing that will get me MeTooed, considering I do not have Chad-tier looks and height.

I’m going to ask a very blunt question here - how many easy opportunities to lose your virginity have you actually spotted? If it’s none, you can’t really claim that it is solely because you want to wait for marriage, as much as you genuinely may want to do so.

Obviously I could be lying but you have a couple people here directly contradicting your narrative with lived experiences, obviously it's all just anecdotes but I'd ask you, do you even have anecdotes? what real evidence do you have of these pretty massive claims you are making? I do have anecdotes; I have yet to see one couple at my university where the boyfriend is under 6 feet tall and less attractive than me facially, and I am not hideous-looking. Also, until four weeks ago I would have said…

Unfortunately and fortunately at the same time, I made a promise online to somebody whilst not thinking straight that I would approach one thousand women before giving up on dating. Because I have a policy of not telling lies and pride myself on being honest to a fault, I cannot go back on that. Otherwise, I would have "gone my own way" as soon as I swallowed the Blackpill. I'm on rejection number 16 so far and still going; only 984 left.

Working out and buying nice clothes can't lengthen your legs and reshape your facial bone structure. I will just look like a pushy tryhard next to the natural Chads, whom the girls will of course choose every time.

And what results did that game get them? How long ago was this? Things were drastically different even ten years ago. Remember that online dating affects real life in a big way by taking girls that would otherwise be looking in bars, clubs and such.

The problem is that looks and height are a threshhold only beyond which the other stuff starts to matter. Status, confidence and edginess can't boost your value if you don't have the physical attractiveness, because in the minds of most girls, you had no value to begin with.

I've heard of people who are absolute Incels in America getting attention from girls on Tinder in Europe, and not from obese harpies either. The only firsthand experience that I have is a study-abroad camp I attended when I was 17; on our day off I went out to a bar with the other people there, and girls were teasing me in a way that I now think might have had flirtatious undertones. In America, being treated like an equal human being and not a space alien was a privilege for me. That would seem…

Outside of Scandinavia, Europe seems to be significantly easier from what I’ve heard, even the wealthy Western European countries where the women aren’t looking for a green card. Women’s requirements for looks and height are not totally disconnected from reality and sub-Chads are still in the game over there.

Did he say he was nervous? It's entirely likely that he approached confidently or was at least able to make normal conversation and the girl still walked out wordlessly like he was a threat. I've had it happen before, and I've been called a creep by a girl I wasn't even trying to hit on.

I had given up on "game" a long time ago and swallowed the Blackpill. Back when I started puberty I had genuinely accepted the fact that as a short, ugly, autistic boy, I would likely never have a girlfriend, but then reading sites about pickup artistry fooled me into thinking I had a chance, and when I found out that wasn't the case I became bitter. However, I subsequently stupidly made a promise to someone on the Internet that I would approach 1,000 women before throwing in the towel, and beca…

I went to one college party with a very confident attitude and got told off in the middle of the dance floor for "creeping out" a group of girls, whom I wasn't even talking to, let alone touching. I then realised that the other ugly males knew their place and were sitting in the Penalty Zone on the edge of the dance floor nursing their drinks instead of daring to join in the action. I say "looks are everything in 2021" because I have proof of it.

Anyways, if a girl ruins your reputation and you’re being a “normal” person with an innocent approach then you were better off without them anyways. Her word against mine in the MeToo era. Who's going to fucking win? I still approach, but I don't do it a lot because I feel like I'm putting everything on the line, and unlike a year ago, I am no longer badly depressed and now have things at stake. Online dating presenting the hottest guys around to women at the touch of a button has completely ruined game, if it ever worked to begin with, and the coronavirus was the final blow. Now, physical appearance is all that matters and there is no way to cheat that if you don’t make the cut in that department.

Just as I thought; all "game" did was stop you from sabotaging the attractiveness you already had. This simply does not work for less attractive guys, so don't claim it was "easy all along". Any guys that have never gotten female attention do not meet today's absurdly high thresholds for looks and height and game cannot change that.

don't do what they need to do to elevate themselves to become actual men. Because the standards are related to looks and height, this isn't even physically possible unless you have five figures to spend on leg-lengthening and extreme plastic surgery, both of which involve having bones broken and reset.
/r/seduction03/12/21 06:33 PM

Unless you are a sports superstar, being in the top ten percent of men in terms of looks and height is absolutely non-negotiable if you want to hook up at all.

Correlation does not equal cause - I think that a woman being clever and intellectually stimulating is far more important to a smart or otherwise high-value man than her actual career or credentials, i.e. working a low-ranking job would not be a dealbreaker. The thing is that women that check those boxes don’t tend to end up in such positions beyond temporary summer jobs and such.

Yes, it is often true that men are opportunistic and will take the best option available to them, putting face and figure before personality. However, in the dating market of contemporary America, you would be the best - or most likely, only - option available to at least a third, more depending on how attractive you are, of all young unmarried men. If you think based on experience that loyal men don’t exist, you have probably been dating out of your league in terms of looks and height.

Every guy can get laid realistically if he doesn’t care about cheating? I think that this only applies to marriage, and the guy better have a big bank account and be willing to spend it on the girl if his looks and height weren’t good enough to earn him premarital sex. Plus, this sort of relationship is obviously unsatisfying and I know a lot of Incels would rather remain Incels than “betabuxx”. Outside of marriage, I haven’t heard of people sharing a girl to get laid, because two or more low-ti…

In my personal experience, there wasn't very much sex going on back in high school (it was an international school, but the Hong Kong culture definitely wore off on the expatriate kids and they behaved very differently to those in the UK/USA) but that seemed to be because people genuinely weren't interested. Now, past the age of 18, everyone I knew from there who stayed in Hong Kong seems to have gotten into some sort of relationship, but it seems that my classmates were disproportionately thin …

I think that the women who shame foreign women dating American men (I assume this is the in-group you mean) bring up the idea of the men being meal tickets because they don’t understand that we have one of the worst dating markets in the world (due to their resulting inflated SMV only benefitting them) and the excuse of money simply isn’t needed in order to explain why our men do better abroad. Because a man’s sex drive is so much higher than a woman’s, there would indeed need to be an extreme gender imbalance (likely on the order of 6 or more women to one man) before high-tier men are so sexually worn out that women start to actively approach guys who are currently incels. However, in the current dating market, the top-tier Chads already have nearly infinite SMV and are saturated with opportunities to get sex, meaning that a small increase in the number of women for every man should p…

The natural sex ratio is about 105 men for every 100 women, but because men have serious congenital disorders and exclusive homosexual attraction at a higher rate than women, in a hypothetical perfect dating market where everyone dated their looksmatch, the bottom few percent of men left out due to gender ratios would likely consist of few or no relatively healthy and well-adjusted males.

Because this is the best a large proportion of American men (27 percent at the very least) can do in a country where the rise of online dating and women getting nearly infinite attention has caused insane inflation of looks and height standards, and the Religious Right will never allow prostitution to be legalised.
/r/seduction20/10/21 03:34 PM

Who are you to say so? And what is your height, and how would you rate your face on a scale of one to ten? I have seriously racked my brains thinking of times girls have shown interest in me and couldn't find one single time, except for this one instance where a girl seemed to be obviously flirting with me (to the point of other guys commenting on it), but I asked her out three different times and she made an excuse each time, so she was just messing with me.

What country do you live in? If it’s America, your options are to save up enough money for leg-lengthening surgery and craniofacial osteotomy, or try dating abroad. If you have done self-improvement to the extent you imply, and aren’t hideously ugly or a dwarf, it might not only be posssible, but easy to get a girlfriend there despite being totally out of luck in the USA, as our dating market is one of the worst in the world with insanely high looks and height thresholds.

It depends on the person. The people that are "opting" out of the dating market are likely starting from square zero and do not have the looks, height and status to be even close to the threshhold required to get a girlfriend as they currently are.

If the only way you could get sex was to spend virtually every hour of your spare time on self-improvement and/or taking extra work hours to earn more, for six months to well over a year, and at the end of that process the best you could get was a very fat girl with a bad personality who STILL doesn't see you as a prize and wants to jump ship, would you do it? Doesn't sound like much of a fair choice to me.

I think a lot of those Japanese men aren’t “truecels” who have no hope of getting a girl, but would need to make such a Herculean effort to get a girl of such a low value that they don’t deem it worthwhile.

Good for you; keep on scaring people. Society treats us like literal zoo animals and then acts surprised when we decide we'd rather be the lion than the squirrel.

Japanese men "don't really seem too pressed over not having someone in their life" partially due to cultural reasons (grinning and bearing it is the order of the day and complaining is frowned upon) and partially because Japan went straight from a pre-medieval dating market dynamic to a high-tech one at the end of the 20th century, without the thousand-plus years of Christian monogamy that was sandwiched in between those two paradigms in the western world; western men grew up being told that mar…

In that case, you do have potential and the advice on this subreddit will be useful. If you hadn't gotten signals of interest I would have suggested surgery or going abroad to a different country with a better dating market before putting any game into practice. I also have Aspergers, but I don't have any advice for you because I'm not attractive enough to "make the cut" and have never had a girl give me a signal of interest before.
/r/seduction13/10/21 11:53 PM

I can totally believe his story. Honestly, relationship success as an aspie is predicated solely on being tall and attractive enough that your physical attraction outweighs the girl's discomfort. Have any girls even flirted with you or given you signals of interest?

I’ve heard multiple stories of dateless adult virgin men starting a steroid cycle just to get their FIRST taste of romantic success, and one of a man who flew to Switzerland and spent over 50,000 dollars on surgery that involved breaking and resetting multiple face and leg bones to do the same. If that doesn’t tell you that our dating market is completely screwed, I don’t know what will.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/21 12:44 AM

Okay, that's good to hear, but could you have gotten either of them without taking steroids? That is something I've decided isn't worth it, and I'd rather remain a virgin if that is really what it takes for me.

You've hit the nail on the head. u/Aliens90 never mentioned what these women he's dated are like; are they close to his own value or not? If I have to develop a highly masculine, outgoing personality and a top 10 percent physique to get a girlfriend, I am going to demand that she has a sweet, feminine personality and a slim figure. That’s what the politically correct mainstream media wants you to think. In reality, the “herbivore men” are no different from American Incels; they start finding ways to cope after trying, failing and realising that they don’t make the cut and probably never will. Also, virtually any man here can escape our modern sexlessness crisis by traveling to a poor country and luring a destitute girl into marriage with the promise of three square meals a day and a roof over her head, but if there’s no pr…

When did I say I was using this as excuse to not approach? What I said was that I am not expecting to have the same level of success as you, per unit of effort put in. If I go a day without approaching 30 women that's my own choice and I am not making any excuses to justify it.
/r/seduction06/10/21 05:42 PM

Yes, I know I theoretically could. But how tall and attractive are you? If you don’t respond I will assume you are a Chad and that this, not your game, is the reason for your success, therefore I have little reason to hope to replicate it.
/r/seduction06/10/21 05:34 PM

The UAE is a rich Islamic country and Japan is one of the worst Incel Hells in the world with absurdly high female standards; those two are definitely to be avoided. Vietnamese women are conservative, but if you are willing to play the “long game” and pursuing marriage, they might be worthwhile. Hungary, the Czech Republic and South Korea are developed countries that require you to have some level of looks and height, but are still easier than America from what I understand.
/r/seduction06/10/21 05:33 PM

So over 1,000 lays from 10,000 approaches? That’s a TEN PERCENT CONVERSION RATE. Do you realise how insanely good that is? This all but confirms that you are a Chad, so your advice will not work for me.

Approach off-campus? Where the hell am I supposed to find single women of my own age? The times I’ve been off-campus I haven’t even SEEN twenty of those girls that I could have approached. To be clear, I’m not completely giving up until I have approached one thousand women, but twenty a day is only going to get me into trouble. Again, what is your height, and what does your face look like? This is the most important part of the equation.

Apart from conservative nations without a casual dating culture (such as Pakistan), the only places that arguably have a dating market as bad as or worse than America are Canada, Japan and Scandinavia. Anywhere else should be easier.

Have YOU ever asked out twenty or more girls in one day? And did you even address the problem that doing so will give me a bad reputation on my college campus? Not just him. At least two thirds of men who are lonely, sexless adult virgins in America would probably be considered high-value men in many other countries. Hell, some of them only need to go as far as Western Europe, not even a poor country, in order to succeed because our dating market sucks that badly.
/r/seduction06/10/21 12:02 PM

Well, what are you going to say if I come back here after approaching a hundred or more women and am still a dateless adult virgin? Approach ten thousand? At some point it’s time to call it quits and take the loss.

I am not lying about what I saw. I never said that a guy under 6ft can’t theoretically get a girlfriend here, but what I have seen does not make me confident about my chances. Because I have creeped out a girl whom I wasn’t even trying to hit on, I realised I am too ugly and short to use cold approach and the first 13 approaches that went relatively well were just a fluke.

It means that this ONE guy under six feet who appeared to have a girlfriend may not have even had a girlfriend. All I am saying is that women have completely ridiculous standards nowadays and are content to share the top-tier men, loyalty be damned, and leave the rest of us in the dust.

I don't doubt it at all, but I was saying it's not common for women to settle for short guys at least in my area; those images would by nature be handpicked, meaning that women who aren't so choosy about height aren't necessarily common enough for me to realistically meet one.

You can’t categorise women like this much of the time. The same “traditional” girl who wears nice dresses and puts on a whole song and dance for her beta-provider LTR prospect about how she is worth waiting for started sucking Chad off within two minutes of meeting him at a college party.

My height obviously plays a role, but the latter wouldn’t be untrue anywhere else in the USA; what the actual average height is doesn’t matter one bit when lots of girls demand a higher “average”. If I am traveling hundreds of kilometres to “ascend”, I won’t go elsewhere in Americuck; I will do the whole enchilada and go someplace like Eastern Europe where the dating market isn’t gigascrewed and average men still make the cut.

Sure you can, in a society that expects women to settle down and commit with an average but comfortably well-off man, overriding her biological urge to sleep with Chads regardless of wealth or personality. That is the key, and that is no longer a description of modern American society.

I have attended university in America for over a year now, and out of all the couples I saw on campus, ONE of them had a boyfriend shorter than me. ONE. And I’m 180cm (5’11”), which is technically average height for a young white man in my part of the country.

And that 1/3rd figure is probably highly outdated and quite skewed, because it was determined in the year 2016 and the cohort sampled included unmarried men up to 30 years old. If you were 30 years old in 2016 you turned 18 in 2004 and had several years of teenage dating before that, so you entered the market long before cultural trends like TikTok and swipe apps came onto the scene. I find the so-called “bad apples” quite refreshing, to be honest. /r/PurplePillDebate03/10/21 07:21 PM

That’s what happened with low-tier men in the 20th century, but women now have no trouble earning their keep, are increasingly child free and have no qualms about staying single or continuing to hook up into their 40s if they can’t bag a top-tier male.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/21 11:14 PM

Because they aren’t choosing not to get into relationships, of course; they’re single because no woman gives them the time of day. The average Incel would bend over backwards for any old harpy, let alone a woman actually worth her salt.

Keep in mind that a LOT of things have changed since you left the dating market ten years ago, and even more since you were in your early twenties, with regards to online dating, and it has sent standards way up. At my university in the USA, which I’ve attended for one academic year now, I’ve seen ONE couple with a man shorter than me - and I’m 180cm. I’ve also never had a single girl flirt with me or give me signs of interest in real life, despite not being considered very ugly.

I think a proportion of women are more submissive when it comes to relationships and don’t like to do any chasing or to take the next step (at least I’ve spoken to one that was like this), so I’m prepared to chase and escalate quite far. Another ridiculous thing is how the only acceptable form of male sexual success is the success which just happens, as a result of the seamless fusion of attractive traits that the man was either born with or (for social skills) learned through osmosis without thinking twice as a young teenager, and any conscious effort put towards improving one’s success in the dating market is seen as an aberration. Are most of these porn-using men really not going after girls because porn distracts them, or are they trying to cope with sexual frustration because they know full well where they stand and are basically locked out of the modern dating market due to standards escalation? And this includes not only the “Truecels” but also the men who could get a girl way below their own value after a year or more of hard work and don’t consider it worth it at all.

Then why do Chads get bombarded with matches on Tinder whilst many guys get literally none? And I’m not just talking about losers here; I have heard of several objectively average men using Tinder for a year or more without a match. I know that Chad will always win, but if women had preferences that were narrow but not alike, these guys would get at least a few right swipes.

Girls seem or outright asexual around you and me, yes. When Chad comes into the room, it may as well be the free-loving 60s again. it’s almost insulting to assume most Russian women are so desperate to settle for any guy from abroad even if he’s a broke ugly loser. But what if he was a high-value man instead? You’ve been living under a rock if you think men who date abroad are all broke ugly losers; American women are so choosy that a significant proportion of men they reject wholesale and who end up as Incels would be desirable almost anywhere else in the world.

Virtually every mass shooter in the USA was an Incel, even though few have identified with that label. Dylann Roof, for instance, said some nonsense about a “race war” as justification, but he was an adult dateless virgin, and the Columbine Shooters were also treated like zoo animals at their school. The same goes for the vast majority of those who embrace radical political views, whether they be Islamic or Alt-Right - they are just a front for anger at basic needs not being met. There would hav…

Most of Gen Z (barring the Chads) has been Blackpilled to some extent; whether or not you choose to stop smoking copium and actually take the Blackpill is a different matter.

I really haven’t gotten any attention except from one underaged girl, one girl online who lived over a thousand kilometres away, and one girl who was obviously just messing with me as she got out of a date with excuses three times when I asked her out; I don’t count these as I could not take things to the next level for various reasons.

Cause and effect. Lazy it may be, but can you really blame men who have checked out of society for doing so when they will never realistically be able to afford a house, car, wife or anything else men traditionally saved money for? Western society is decadent beyond belief.

“Lift, dress well, become the best version of yourself…” …and completely reshape your facial bone structure and add ten centimetres to your height. You missed that part. You are telling me, somebody who has never gotten positive attention or flirtation from any girl, that having casual sex with a bunch of women is not only possible but good? Hell no, men find out pretty goddamn quickly where they stand in the sexual hierarchy; I know my place and it isn’t a good one.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/21 02:30 AM

Easy - just stop being so choosy about looks and height and date a guy who is your looksmatch, rather than a Chad wanting to have casual sex in between LTRs with Stacies. So many men are willing to bend over backwards for a woman that she doesn’t even need to try to treat him well or add value of her own to the relationship if she dates within her league.

I define “neckbeard status” as having a nerdy personality that actively repels women or serious social interaction issues in addition to non-Chad looks. An average to below average fat guy with a literal neckbeard isn’t “a neckbeard” if he is socially well-adjusted.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/21 10:07 PM

If only it was that fair in the end. “Their men will leave” for whom? They ain’t got no options!
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 08:58 PM

This just reinforces my theory of choosing on looks alone. Average guys take what they can get, including social media addicts.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 05:02 PM

Women just want men to pay for them Of course I’ll pay the full bill on a date and would financially support a woman who decides to be a stay-at-home housewife. But she shouldn’t expect lobsters and caviar on a date or to return to a mansion afterwards. Also, you’ve been living under a rock if you haven’t heard about, at least on the Internet, some girl financially supporting her weed-huffing loser boyfriend with Chad looks. (I’m not bitter that I can’t get this myself; I wouldn’t want to smoke …

I already do “have money”, albeit in the form of assets, and could be splashing cash on girls right now if I wanted to, but I’m continuing to save and invest it all and I don’t intend to act any differently once I have more liquid cash from job income. “Just wait until you get some money” implies that you also think that I’ll never be able to experience the ideal relationship dynamic due to lack of looks and height; a girl who only wants me for money is betabuxxing, and I want no part in that. I…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 04:20 PM

Nothing I’ve seen or experienced personally would suggest this is true; in my mind women are the gatekeepers to both sex and relationships and men struggle exponentially more to get either. And also, you’re talking about this like all men were even given the CHANCE to settle for a plain girl and are instead chasing Stacies in vain - I haven’t gotten female attention once in my entire life, not even from a very low-tier girl. I think a lot of average and below guys don’t have hard requirements or…

And the Venn diagram of “gamer dudes who obliviously choose video games over their living breathing girlfriend when she’s right there in the room” and Chads… I’m thinking that’s pretty much a circle. Do you know how thrilled any guy who isn’t inundated with options, especially a gamer, would be to have a girlfriend these days?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 02:17 PM

No, not in the adult sense; by “lives put together” I meant the social skills needed to not ignore your girlfriend when she’s right there on the bed and choose video games over her… the ungrateful sods…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 02:12 PM

Chad status is based on looks and height alone, although fat Chads aren’t really Chads. Going back to my original question, what did these guys you were complaining about actually look like and how tall were they?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 02:07 PM

Firstly, I don’t think that’s always true. Secondly, if you think it is, stop for a minute and consider what that means - if gamers are disproportionately ugly, that would indicate that many heavy gamers are that way because they are coping with sexual frustration and a society that has no real place for them in terms of economic opportunity, not the other way around i.e. men not flirting with girls or working hard on their lives because they are distracted by games.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 02:05 PM

I don’t want to sound hateful, but if what you described is really a “typical high school experience”, like so many other complaints I hear from girls, it sounds an awful lot like they were choosing partners on looks and height alone and had to find out the hard way that the men with Chad looks AND their lives put together were out of their league.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 01:51 PM

I’d say that’s fine as long as she doesn’t use it herself. And I’d have less sympathy for a girl who mandated that if she didn’t sleep with her boyfriend/husband regularly enough to satisfy him.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 01:46 PM

Screening, that’s why. Adult virgins are virgins for a reason, and that reason could turn out to be a deal-breaker for her; why would a woman even consider taking that chance, not to mention dealing with the lack of experience, when she has SO MANY other options?

With porn, but I think I might not actually be addicted to it; the only "urge" I get is the urge to masturbate in order to dispel sexual frustration. I don't feel compulsion to look at porn on its own.

If you go to r/NoFap right now you can find many stories of men admitting that porn addiction has caused them to literally see women as objects and to those who gave porn after a while they started seeing women as normal people again. Funnily enough, for me it was the opposite; I did not masturbate regularly until I was 19 years old (I'd actually never done it before then), and I was viewing my female platonic friends as pieces of meat due to sexual frustration, and was on the verge of simping f…

I am not advocating what I'm about to say by any means, but I think that men wanting to check out of society or commit suicide should realise that nobody will give a shit about them doing so, and instead think hard about the few ways in which they are actually relied upon by the elite of society, so that they can commit (legal and safe) acts of civil disobedience whenever possible. Come to think of it, I think a slow burn is by no means inevitable, and we have already seen the first outbursts of…

A lot of it is due to their statements that are (or at least seem to me) hypocritical. For instance, one piece of advice they give out is to make a guy wait multiple months for sex, whilst at the same time encouraging the woman to keep a FWB on hand to stave off sexual frustration. Aside from the fact that it is extremely hard for men to get casual FWBs compared to women, I somehow sense that the FDS ideology isn't too hot on the idea of the man doing the same thing! Secondly, to many observers,…

So there is no workable plan for solving the current male loneliness epidemic. I'm honestly excited in a perverse way to see what sort of societal shitstorm transpires in the end... in fact, please for the love of God let there BE a shitstorm if nothing improves, because the alternative of a slow burn towards societal degradation can't possibly spur on any meaningful change.

Sorry for the late reply, I misread "wouldn't" as "would" at first and was confused. Yeah, that's true, but there's a big difference between "wouldn't happily date" and "don't need to date" - men are far more willing to lower their standards and date a fat woman when that is all they can get, whereas the concept of lowering one's standards is totally alien to all but the lowest value women since even Becky McBloatface has a huge number of options and can pretty much get what she ideally wants.

If you're not a Chad, being criminal/sociopathic has the higher penalty in my opinion. If you are a Chad, being boring would theoretically have the higher penalty, but it's all about looks in 2021 so you win the game no matter what.

The problem with the Redpill and MGTOW is that men have to actually be IN the sexual market to "check out" of it, or to implement demand-side economic policy. The kinds of men that "go" their "own" way (at least the never-married ones, arguably not those who got divorce-screwed) are akin to unemployed people striking for better pay.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/21 11:22 PM

1) When I was 11 I had my first crush, but for the longest time all I desired was romance with a girl, and I was a very late bloomer sexually and did not feel lust until I was 18. 2) LOL. 3) I sought it out for the first time (I had chanced across images earlier) when I was 13, but didn’t watch it regularly until I was 20. 4) Nope. 5) Not a chance in 2021. Chad-only.

That’s exactly what I said, but I think the majority of men would date fat women regardless of anything else whereas fat men need significant redeeming characteristics. Therefore, being fat has a greater SMV hit for men than for women.

That’s gonna be 98 percent male. Aspie girls, for instance, can get neurotypical men and in most cases won’t even consider dating men with autism.

You’ve just proven my point about how screwed-up the dating market is. Being thin shouldn’t automatically be high-value - if I’m thin myself, that should be enough to get a thin girl. And far more thin men are willing to date fat women than the other way around; the fact that muscular guys STILL find it hard in America rather than having no problem with dating shows just how bad hypergamy has gotten.

I don’t speak for everyone, but as a blackpilled man, my dream is to marry a woman who is roughly equal in value to myself, but in a different way. If I have a full-time job and she doesn’t, I would expect her to take care of the home, if not, we can divide labor. My only height preference is that she’s not taller than me; one centimetre shorter is perfectly fine, and this is not a big ask as I’m not THAT short objectively and rarely meet taller women. I would like a girl who is my looksmatch an…

Yeah, I was just thinking this. Women being seductive and feminine, at least around average men, was all along largely a charade that societal expectations made them take part in. Now women have figured out that men will go through hell and high water for a crumb of mediocre sex and are under no pressure to pretend otherwise by putting in effort on their end.

it’s mostly women who are against prostitution I think the female stigma against dating a man who had used sex workers has little to do with politics and is really just another form of screening, much like with adult virgins. Women want a guy who was desirable enough to sleep with a girl for free in his teenage years; if he had to wait for her (him now being an adult) or pay for sex, he must be lacking in some way and is therefore passed over.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/21 04:54 PM

Yeah, “sluts” are slutty around Chad only. And with what we know about men’s sex drives, it will take an impossibly high amount of female promiscuity for “Chad saturation” to be reached and the sex to start trickling down to us.

I'd say that only a small minority of women have actually "priced themselves out" of the dating market (have standards so high that no attainable man is good enough), but a huge number have increased their "price" thanks to the efficiency of online dating which connects them with the "buyer" who is the most metaphorically wealthy they can possibly get, putting them out of reach of ordinary men. Previously, they "priced" themselves within reach of the men that came to them in person. It's exactly…

That there are no actual “pickup artists” who bed tons of women anymore on those subreddits, only Incels who want to know how to get their first dates. I suspect that if any of that crap ever worked for non-Chads, Tinder completely wrecked its effectiveness, and the changes to those subreddits would indicate that.

I have seen girls swipe on Tinder in clubs DAMN, this subreddit is depressing as hell. Here I was still secretly holding onto a fantasy that I’d someday get to take a girl home after a night out. “PurplePillDebate” is unironically more Blackpilled than any Incel community I’ve ever seen.

What about my post made it look like I was hating on women? I was just saying that it seems like a growing proportion of men are afraid to flirt with women nowadays, but a far smaller proportion of women have started making the first move themselves. Since average-looking guys very rarely get attention from girls, it is therefore very easy for a guy to end up as an adult virgin if he doesn’t take initiative.

A decline in communication skills over the space of five years singlehandedly tanked men's chances in the dating market? I don't doubt that this has contributed to the problem, but it cannot in my mind explain the whole rise in sexlessness. One figure I would REALLY like to know is what proportion of sexless young men are "soyboys" who can't approach a woman and what proportion are still having no luck despite being well-adjusted and trying all the time to get a date - it seems that in America a…

Oh yeah, I've seen that. I'd like to think it's just the existing Incels spreading out after being deplatformed, but there's a chance it REALLY HAS gotten THAT bad for men in just a couple of years. Case in point - the forums /r/seduction and /r/askseddit (redpilled PUA discussion) are now essentially Incel communities, full of guys trying to get their first kiss, with the hardcore pickup artists long gone. something tells me most men wouldn’t mind a small wait if they could tell the girl was really crazy about them. In my opinion, both you and the poster you replied to are absolutely right. I WILL theoretically wait for sex if the girl is interested in me (and I see her as girlfriend material too), but her pretending to be interested in me whilst not putting out just won't cut it if I know I am being charged a higher metaphorical "price" for sex than most of her previous partners. I don't doubt you, but for context, what year and country was this? Online dating has changed a LOT of social dynamics in a VERY short period of time, and even if you only want to approach girls in real life, you're now competing with Tinder Chads.

I don't want to end up waiting for a girl who isn't low n count tho. That is the worst of both worlds and the least desirable combination/outcome. This exactly. I think most men who are bitter about this and make paradoxical demands are low-value males struggling to come to terms with how screwed they are. What they really want is for a hypothetical woman who actually shows interest in them to be a slut with a high N-count who puts out fast (and they wouldn't judge her for that), but if they don…

There’s so much coping going on when people ALWAYS try to explain away complaints about dating instead of thinking that, yes, maybe it REALLY IS that hard. I am not trying to stymie debate, but I think people should not dismiss the worst-case scenario out of hand. I probably won’t turn to foreign dating for the reasons you mentioned, but you’ve been living under a rock if you think that only the stereotypical overweight over-40 “sexpat” is “not a catch” in America. I wasn't saying that I am angry at the couples, but that the men in such relationships are often settling for what they could get because of a lack of options. I think that at least in countries with a roughly equal obesity rate by gender, a slim or muscular man wanting a slim woman shouldn't be too much to ask and isn't exactly like chasing models. The fact that quite a few guys seemingly have to settle for bigger girls indicates a skewed dating market.

I think most men don’t really consider it unreasonable for a woman to have requirements that are in line with her own value, like a slim woman not wanting overweight men. Fundamentally, men are just bitter about this (maybe rightfully so) because the dating market’s fucked. A woman who makes reasonable requests of a potential partner can actually get them, close to 100 percent of the time, whereas I’ve seen many, many slim and even muscular men dating tubby women - and they can’t all be fat-feti…
