I’m so sorry, the person you thought you knew the best managed to take the world out from underneath your feet. I can’t imagine the thoughts going through your head. Please take a second to think about what Im about to say. Your Highs and lows, your ups and downs, the days you’re ready to end jt all. These thoughts are just like Grey stormy clouds passing over the top of a mountain. With you being the mountain and the clouds being speed bumps in your life. Yes, you have a big storm on your hands…

This is not the end of the world. I’m not saying you’re suicidal or anything, but I’ve personally seen so many Dads/Guys end their life over a divorce. And then I see so many Dads/Guys get back with their S/O and or realize how happy they’re to be living a single Bachelor lifestyle with a cute kid that pulls for him. Anyways idrk what im getting at with trying to be sympathetic. What I really wanted to share is this. Myself and My Gf vape regularly, we have a 1 year old almost 2. We know not to …

My mom turned in to a completely different person after my dad died, turned into a really bad alcoholic and just wasn’t present anymore. Short story. I moved out at 16, did not talk to her until 18, I had been living in Florida for a few years by myself and ended in the hospital after a overdose / suicide attempt. This would be the first time in 2 years she reached out. Asking to try for a better relationship. I moved back to oregon and she’s the same person. Went from someone who was so upbeat,…

For me these are the years I wish I had my dad the most. Surely i wish he was there for me teenage years. But now I feel myself so often looking for advice that I wish he was here to give. Job careers, relationship advice, parenting advice, etc. I get to see my friends and my S/O with their parents and get to live vicariously through them. I do also see a lot where those same friends and S/O take their parents for granted, don’t really get that they could be gone tomorrow. But the impact that wo…

Well if that’s what he was thinking then it worked for him. Everything he had went to her. Our home was half in his name still so we had to get rid of it. The lady he married was super stingy on his belongings we could have too. She kept most of everything.

Thank you, one day at a time. Waking up from my attempts of suicide, obviously confused on why I’m alive but I literally just move on like nothing happened. And can go years without having any serious thoughts that I actually act on. Sometimes I’ve had them when I’m genuinely happy, calm, no serious struggles that would push the thoughts. As for a therapist, I’ve been to a few and they’ve never worked for me, although I could be holding back as I’m going in with a negative attitude against them,…
