3	She just told me Not to sound selfish but best thing to do is take care of yourself first. Work on healing yourself, better yourself by exercise and diet, working more to take vacations or buying yourself things that make you happy. These are suggestions that worked for me. If you take care of yourself, you’ll still be able to take care of your kids and those around you that care about you. 8	I begged and I regret doing it! It’s ok to beg and feel weak but don’t beg ever again. We grieve for what could have been. Never let them see you cry again. 2	Can someone please give me some perspective. If she was shady in her past she is probably shady in the present. Not all women are like this but sadly new western culture and social media make it seem it’s ok to be selfish and not faithful to one person.
