you do need to be proactive and address it before it gets serious. You have those texts and emails, make sure you back them up. Depending on where you live you may be able to press that she is conducting defamation or slander/libel so talk to her and make her understand how serious the accusation is (if talking in person make sure you have someone with you to ensure she can't claim you hit her or something). If that doesn't work you may have to escalate.

I recall some mention about an adoption place in the south of the USA (texas maybe?) that would tell the mothers to say that they didn't know where the father was so they wouldn't be notified.

I'd be interested if you could comment further. For example would I be correct in assuming that some of those issues rise are about female patients and needing to be ultra careful a bit like security guards have to?

I think the czech republic do this. there is a documentary i recall watching in which the government paid for a prostitute in prague for a disabled guy who couldn't get out much.

I know there are some people saying split up with her but really that's up to you, I'd certainly say be more wary and consider taking birth control into your own hands. Also one recommendation would be that should you wish to get married later, get a prenuptial agreement. As someone else said if you need confirmation they get her permission to be in the room during the procedure.
