2	How to change a mindset? Trust me, I didn't have the best of life so far. I tried to kill myself when I was 10 due to mental abuse by my parents and I was just as addicted to porn as you until recently when I realized how badly it was affecting me. I'd share my whole life story with you but this isn't probably the subreddit for it. But trust me when I say this, things only get better when you want them to. 6	How to change a mindset? You can start by doing small things that you always wanted to do. Even the smallest things can make you feel better about yourself. Like learning how to ride a bike or traveling to some place. And then you can gradually work your way up to the more outrageous stuff. Happiness breeds confidence. It helped me a lot to get rid off my social anxiety and general awkwardness around people. I still need some work to be around girls though. But I know I'll get better.	/r/seduction	27/05/18 08:40 PM

Add to that a recent toxic relationship where my ex used to constantly remind me how I wasn't good looking so yeah! my self confidence took some heavy blows. But I'm actually changing that.
