I actually love the fact that I get the bed to myself and don't have to share. I sleep much better on my own than with someone beside me.

I have my phone on do not disturb 24/7. It usually works pretty well. I miss plenty of calls and don't see some texts for hours on end. I get back to people when I check my phone and I'm available.

The thing that struck me about this, is the people tweeting seem to expect women to vote Democrat and when they don't they're "holding up the patriarchy". Could it not just be that they hold different values and beliefs to these feminists? It all comes across very much like "believe in what we tell you to believe or else" While I don't agree with this Alabama bill, these "white women" used their freedoms to vote for whom they wanted and their vote should be respected. How their race and gender g…

I think that these bannings you've received are unfortunately a reflection of something that is becoming more prevalent in society as a whole. A lot of people don't seem to want to examine themselves and their viewpoint. They don't want to believe that they could possibly be wrong, it's all the other person's fault. I know this is MGTOW but I do occasionally date (sorry guys).. anyway, whenever I date and it goes tits up, the first thing I reflect on is what mistakes I made and how do I go about…

Honestly, I didn't even realise that was an option but I will do in future.

I have actually seen a couple of posts recently here on r/MGTOW2 that have bordered on just simply trashing women and it actually made me consider unsubscribing from this one. I hope this doesn't go the same way.

Keto is fine for the short-term but I have my doubts about how sustainable it is over longer periods. Better to just have a balanced diet in my opinion, as you're more likely to stick to it. I personally try for 1g of protein for every 1lb of bodyweight per day and try to avoid sugar as much as possible. If you stick to these 2 basic principles and stick to your calorie amount, you should see results. I will say 1500 calories rather low to me. I will occasionally treat myself to a sugar-free ver…

Reminds me of a quote from the book 'Rich dad, poor dad' where the author tells you to "pay yourself first." Meaning in savings or investments. I went to university later than most and once out I had been spending as much as I earn every month. Recently I started putting away 20% of my monthly pay before I pay for anything else. Feels great to finally have a growing nest egg to fall back on, however small it may be right now.

Get down to 14% body fat by the end of June. Possibly 12% from there. Had a long-term debilitating knee injury (couldn't walk for 15 minutes). Gained quite a lot of weight. Dropped 10lbs since end of January without being able to do cardio. Had knee surgery 3 weeks ago and already feel much better. Once I can up the cardio, I think I'll be on my way! Improve my Spanish and guitar skills Start kickboxing classes again (once the knee is up to it) Save money for a deposit on a house

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
