Sounds like you have a confidence issue with making eye contact. This can be very easily trained with practice. All you have to do is force yourself to make eye contact with anyone you pass by when you're walking in the hallway. Keep looking into their eyes until they look back at you. Then HOLD THE EYE CONTACT and smile until the OTHER PERSON breaks the eye contact. It's hard to do at first because you feel self-conscious and like you don't want to be creepy. It's natural to feel like this. Jus…

Good eye contact is different from staring. You don't want to stare into someone's eyes for a long period of time because like you said that comes across as creepy or judging. Instead look into their eyes for a few seconds then shift your focus to something nearby like their ear, mouth, or something behind them and then back to their eyes.

Agree 100% with all except walking is not an exercise, just a good habit! Out of those listed, swimming and lifting will probably give the best overall benefit from a health and increased testosterone/confidence point of view. The rest of the tips are spot on.

If you don't want to text her, then keep the texting to a minimum. If you don't want to text her but you keep doing it anyway, then it will start to show in the quality your text messages. Reluctant text messages lead to boring conversations and the attraction she has for you will quickly fade.

Tinder when it first came out was the greatest thing ever. Now, it has pretty much gone to shit, but it can still be effective if you know how to use it. Basically this is how it works. Smart guys will just swipe right on every girl because it's a numbers game and we don't want to waste time. That means when girls are swiping (even unattractive girls) they will match with everyone they swipe right on. Most of the guys she matches with will just write "hi" or "how are you?" She doesn't want to re…

Get their number or snapchat. Don't follow on FB or instagram.

Take more risks, speak without worrying about being offensive. Practice doing things outside your comfort zone (there's millions of videos on youtube showing you how to do this)

Nothing, you just feel like shit for a while, then get back up on your feet and get back in the game

I agree with you. He made a decision and stands by it. Doesn't sound beta to me. Lying is more of a beta guy trait.

What you talk about seriously isn't that important. In fact, I'd say the less talking you do the better. Just ask her any question about something about her, like traveling or celebrities or her fantasies or any goddamn thing. Then just say "mmhmm" or "tell me more" and keep her talking. All you have to do is keep eye contact, have good body language, smile a little, nod your head and let her keep on talking. That keeps the conversation pressure on her to come up with interesting things to say, …

I've had that problem before...twice. First time I blamed it on whiskey dick. Second time, I couldn't use that excuse. But I figured out the problem. You just need to spend more time on foreplay. What I mean is don't just go up to your room and rip each other's clothes off immediately. Instead take it slow, play around a little, and let it build up naturally. Try that and it'll work. Also it might help if you don't jerk off right before going out at night and of course not drinking as much.

Exactly what you said, it mellows you out and you lose the desire to escalate

Act like you didn't feel it, and mock her for acting like a child.

Make sure you are always breathing deep. When you feel nervous, your breathing is usually shallow and your body gives off negative energy. Of course you are going to feel nervous before escalating and kissing her. Most people do. So when you sense that anxiety coming, take some really deep breaths. I mean DEEP, open your chest wide and breath all the way down into your pelvic floor. Also before you go out at night, you can jump around the room, turn up the music, do a crazy dance, beat your ches…

This Saturday, I was dancing with a really cute college freshman at a club. She seemed really receptive, smiling, we were dancing really close, light touching, having fun, there was strong eye contact, and the conversation was flowing. As I slowly leaned in to kiss her, she immediately stopped me and said that she wasn't ready. She said that she had just broken up with her high school boyfriend, who also goes here and happened to be in the club with her group. I kept dancing with her, and anothe…
