Own Your Shit Weekly - December 08, 2020I'm starting with a daily schedule. I'll allocate time for sending out applications. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 16/12/20 07:33 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - December 15, 2020Week 2 I followed my plan for looking at the TODO list in the morning for most of the week. I ended up getting more things done this week than I have in probably a few months. There were a few days where I didn't. That was discouraging initially, but I'm not going to let it get me down. I'll just start each week fresh and keep going. I realized last week that this inability to get anything done is due, in part, to a lack of externally provided structure. So.. I need create structure of some kind… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 16/12/20 07:30 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - December 08, 2020There is also the possibility that the shit you currently have on the list just doesn't matter. I just went through the list because I was curious to see if this was the case. Everything on there is real, unfortunately. Thinking about it now, yeah I'm definitely not a busy body. Thanks for your suggestions, I'll try them out. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 08/12/20 04:54 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - December 08, 2020Still blaming COVID Nah.. COVID didn't really affect my ability to do the things I need to do. In fact, I have more time to get that stuff done since I'm unemployed. I'm also making more on unemployment than I did when I was working. Actually, now that you mention it... The only thing that really changed was having some kind of structure in my life. Before, I'd have all these small, well defined deadlines throughout the day. "wake up at 5:30", "drop kids off by 7:30", "at work by 8".. etc. All o… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 08/12/20 04:50 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - December 08, 2020The todo list is just a bunch of things that I'm supposed to be doing. For example, "order stamps online so I can mail in my rent check", and "go to the optometrist" Higher goals Right now I'm just focusing on functioning like a normal adult... thinking about my end goals is overwhelming and makes it harder to even get out of bed. Which is why I'm going to try starting small and working my way up. It works with lifting, and pretty much every other skill that we learn in life. I think it will wor… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 08/12/20 04:06 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - December 08, 2020My main problem is that I can't seem to get anything done. It's slowly gotten worse since this covid thing started and now I'm at a point where I can't seem to get myself to do anything other than lift. At first I was doing shit to distract myself like spending money on random stuff, or getting addicted to random things that don't actually add any value to my life. I think I'm doing these things because I'm looking for comfort or something, but it just makes the problem worse. It's like I'm drow… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 08/12/20 08:43 AM
