2	Dealing with abusive co-workers His behaviour is too over the top and thats coming from a few other people that I work with. But people stick around because they need to pay the bills right? As for pulling him aside I think thats a good idea, however I really dont like any sort of confrontation. 1	Dealing with abusive co-workers I hear what your saying about getting yelled at in basic training but Im not in the army. I dont believe anyone should have to put up with being yelled at for no good reason in the workplace. 1	Dealing with abusive co-workers Nah Ive been there 6 months now, Im way past my probation of 3 months and continually work hard. In contrast Ive worked construction for 8 years and only had to deal with one idiot like this before. Both times the consensus from me and co-workers was that nobody liked them and thought they were assholes. I have no problems with the hazings and shit tests in fact it can be fun at times.
