depends on your lifestyle. if you are making 6 figures and surfing 6 hours a day with badass friends and have a magnetic personality... You'll be fucking hot ass. if you are a 5' boring billionaire you'll be fucking hot ass. if you are 5' tall and otherwise average... bottom of the barrel chicks.

If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight. If you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight.
