1	Men's Fashion - Basic Guide To Dressing Better! All the inspos look like they're very well off and don't have jobs? Like I mean they don't have to worry about anything besides looking the way they wanna.. what about the 29 year old realtor, or retail guy in the mall though? 1	Where do I begin with GYM / Lifting? Ease into a diet but ideally yeah but all the crap. If you go cold turkey you'll feel like shit and probably quit 3 weeks later. Go from soda to diet, 2 sugars in your coffee to one etc and next week go less and less etc.. fruits and vegetables are your friends if you don't want to blow a ton on sups and eat well. You go to the gym to get big and that's what you should continue doing. The next time you see him, don't comment..
