Please stop. The average half life of prolactin is 20 mins. By an hour levels should be low. Unless you jacking off every 20 mins every hour for 24 hours 😂. Honestly speaking, between school-work-gym-meal prep-household maintenance, I barely have time/energy to meet more women asides from Friday/Saturday night.
