Title IX is trash. It hurts men on a hugely disproportionate level, and doesn't even help with what it was meant to do. The whole point of it was to spend equal on men's and women's sports. What we got is school getting rid of all but money making sports for men, thereby cutting out most men's sports as well as sports funding. This way they were able to spend less by gender on sports and make more money. It's great seeing schools cut down to 3/4 mens sports and 12 way underfunded female sports.

I think his point is there are much more important aspects of mens rights than this. Here's some examples; Parental rights- courts are extremely biased toward the mother, fathers tend to get shafted in parental right cases. The difference is in how society view the rape. If a man is raped by another man, the police will believe him and do something. The public will hate the rapist and the raped party would be seen with sympathy. When a woman rapes a man, you don't get the same support. The amount of psychological support for either type is quite limited. Mental healthcare for men is a joke.

I would just point to Title 9. Equal funding for male and female sports. That unfortunatly mean way less sports for men because universities are forced to spend the male budget mainly on the 3 sports which actually bring in money. Did you know studies have show when telling students a test has be proven to have no stereotypical influence, the normal stereotypes we see from test (aka women being bad at math) are almost completely removed. Stereotypes effect us more than we think, regardless or them being based on truths or falsehoods. Also pretending something has no basis can create a pseudo removal of said biases. Weird right
