Simply publicizing “private” information that you obtained legally is 100 percent legal. This is protected speech. Of course you can not do so in a threatening manner, to incite violence or unlawful action, or in a defamatory way. It wouldn’t be the publicizing of the private information that would be the issue; it would be the manner in which it was publicized.

Some basic math for you: Household income is 100k and the husband earns 60% and the wife earns 40%. Husband’s income is 60k and wife’s income is 40k. 60k - 40k = 20k 20k/40k= .5 .5 x 100 = 50% According to the basic math above, when one partner earns 60% of the household income they must earn at least 50% then their partner.

Most anti-stalking law require threatening behavior. At the very least they require the stalking to reach the standard of making a reasonable person fear for their safety, which is hard to prove without evidence of threatening behavior. Now, stalking alone can certainly reach the point where it itself qualifies as threatening. This is opposed to badgering or pestering where the behavior by itself is not threatening.

That is the statute in literally one jurisdiction. It doesn’t mean it’s a common definition beyond the place it applies. Secondly, the statute isn’t explicit in its meaning and in general simple badgering is not behavior that makes one feel threatened, distressed, or scared. Being pushy is quite literally not force. It’s creepy but saying that its force is taking away agency from the supposed victim. Eat a lot of meat. Eat eggs and cheese too if they don’t give you problems. I also eat potatoes since they don’t give me any trouble but I used to have problems with them. Even when I was on a Keto diet I was able to bulk though. I would eat about 2.5 lbs of meat a day mostly fatty ground beef and steak. I’d also eat a lot of greens, avocados, and some cheese as well.
