No shit Sherlock. Still not related to sex drive.

Oh, true.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 07:51 PM

Nah. I won't rifle through hours of shows I never watch to specifically pick out sth demeaning to women. Doesn't sound healthy does it.

fails to see she is overweight and not attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 09:56 AM

Sure... Still no sources though...

Huh? I answered your question and stated some arguments supporting my view that physical appearance is not as all encompassing as you seem to perceive it, given your statements. Don't exactly get what you see as dishonest here? But on the other hand, I'm on reddit hun, not looking for engagement :)

OK. Jokes about genders show up throughout heute show, Maybritt Illner, Markus Lanz (he's really the old white man of public TV) etc etc. No one gets butthurt over it.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/24 09:45 AM
1

Dude there's shows spouting gender clichés all the time. Every single sitcom would need to be taken off the air for that. We don't have ABC.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/24 09:17 AM
1

You cited being overweight as the main reason so yeah, seems like you just can't tell
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/24 09:15 AM
2

Sure. It's just brutally oversimplified. Like the fact that there's no universal scale for hotness etc etc. But the more I lurk here the more my impression is that the problem is actually smart privilege.

There is very little economical and social support for SAHDs.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/24 08:54 AM

So you don't wanna spend time with your kids? Honestly I just want to be fair to men. They have been suppressed for so long. I don't think its right they don't learn how to look after themselves as the article says. WDYM with natural world please?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/24 12:18 AM
1

Sorry, I was imprecise. I did not mean that they didn't find any partners at all. I meant that they did not find women who wanted to be mothers. I dunno what "in nature" you are referring to. As you stated earlier, we are not apart from nature. Additionally, there are cultures that allow polygamy. In all of these men are also required to support their children. I am also opposed to forced monogamy, but have met multiple people who were physically and emotionally unable to have more than one rela…

That doesn't remotely mirror my experiences. I have known a fair share of men who were frustrated because they wanted to be husbands and fathers and had a hard time finding willing partners. And I'd assume that meets your definition for "complicated", no?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 11:26 PM
2

By that logic, all men are the same as well. Is that your opinion?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 11:13 PM

OK if you're gonna spout transphobic bs you better back that up with some sources real quick. As for testosterone levels, they are really not a metric for sex drive at all and I repeat my request for more insight. For anecdotal evidence I can just repeat that it doesn't fit my experience. I've known women to need sex and suffer greatly from withdrawal up yo the point of being barely able to function in every day life without it, and I know men who are fine with just wanking for practically indef…
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 11:11 PM

Also it's totally unfair to expect them to do household chores when they don't know how like it says in the article. They should be taught better.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 10:57 PM
1

True. It's finally time to do something for men after a whopping century of having feminism being introduced. Men should have equal rights. They should be allowed to be SAHD's, why is there not more demand for that?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 10:55 PM
1

I'd be curious as to your endocrinology or neurology sources as for purely anecdotal evidence, I can attest to the contrary.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 09:54 PM
1

How would you quantify that difference? What are your criteria? How exactly do you know that? Genuinely curious. Just doesn't fit my observation at all and AFAIK science backs my point of view but I'd like to have more dara.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 09:22 PM
1

Nope, they already had that. Women were only allowed to serve under arms here shortly before mandatory minimum service was abolished here. It was allowed longer in the US but I'm not sure how long.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 09:18 PM

Keep thinking that, boy. Can't have anything to do with female sex drive being denied so thoroughly that women who suffered from sexual frustration were diagnosed mentally Ill and sometimes manually relieved by a gynaecologist. It was called hysteria.

Can't tell too dumb
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 08:27 PM

I'm maybe misusing the term. I'm not poc, but raised to be including. But you still pick shit up especially if you have no real humans to validate it against.

Making a thought experiment doesn't amount to actually wanting to, you read "Bright new world"?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 08:08 PM

OK, so four feminists hated on men after centuries of oppression. And I admit as a non-native speaker I might have used the expression wrongly. My point stands that it's not representative.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 08:03 PM
2

Dude that's some angry milfs hating about their husbands. It doesn't look like it's trying to do a legit critique of society at all but I'll admit I couldn't be bothered to watch it. Looks like the kind of lame breakfast TV I'd berate my grandparents to turn off back when.

Oo I really, really don't see a law forcing me to breed or stopping me from expressing myself happening in Europe in the next 20 years. And I do not understand the "Martha" reference.

You, ma'am, made my day. Take my upvote and gimme that for future use XD
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 06:06 PM

As I said I dunno shit about that. Just know that feminists, in fact, fought for equal rights about serving under arms.

No, my bf is poc and there are just not many around here. And there's a lot of stigma that they're "all" sexist. My type was, if anything, long haired tall slightly chubby. (Metal head) Varied a bit between the chubby and the heroine chique. And I like a good beard. My bf is long, lean, won't grow his hair long bcz hassle and can't grow a beard for the life of him. And obviously isn't a sexist BTW.

"That's just what it is, no facts here" Oh alright then.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 05:38 PM

They are. The ratio ain't zero, is it? Can't tell you more on that though, I'm with the let's abolish war altogether and fight some actual threats crowd.

Yup, if they're someone I think is worth marrying. I went through life dating solely for emotional connection and did well with that. I can find something physically attractive to focus on in every person I like as a person. You call him fat, I call him cushiony. Plus I like his beard. Or his face is a 2 but his body is awesome. He looks like a lawn gnome but I cum with him every time - see where I'm going? Fact is, hets on blind dates being monitored for brain activity showed that men's visual …
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 05:36 PM
1

As was your implication. In dating I insist on paying equal for a simple reason: if we do hook up, I might end up feeling bad and doubting myself as to why I did it. Or suspect him of thinking at least on some level that he bought me. It doesn't matter whos mind gets fucked up about it, it needs to be clear to everyone involved that the only damn reason we hook up is because he's someone I wanna hook up with as a person.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 05:30 PM
1

Sorry you went through that. Maybe its bcz where I live strangers just don't interact much after a certain age.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 05:24 PM
1

I didn't settle, as I said. They're gorgeous, I actually regularly have to psych myself out of fearing they'll leave bcz I can't believe they find me attractive. Just never looked at someone like them as being a potential partner. Sth sth internalised racism I think.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 05:22 PM

Why is that biological untruth so often repeated in this sub? Men don't have a higher sex drive, the genders just express their sex drive differently and for the record, I hate women who regard sex as a gratification. If it is, it's mutual.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 05:14 PM

Wow what a buncha bullcrap XDDD how many asses do you have to pull that load of shite from??
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 05:01 PM

Literally what's happening in Germany rn
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 04:50 PM
1

Uhm actually feminists fought for women to have the right to serve under arms.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 04:46 PM
1

So it's the Ukrainians being sexist for not drafting their women. BTW a lot of Ukrainians are protesting that. The sexism, the drafting and sanctions in general... Which tracks bcz let's be real, Ukraine might be admirable in a lot if ways but progressive, it is not.

Top comment: "My sons are not useless"

That is really not what that link is about man.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 04:33 PM
1

Because no one's ever read the two obscure books you pulled outta your ass?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 04:28 PM
1

Dude these books are FICTIONAL. They are THOUGHT EXPERIMENTS. But yeah I'll give you that there's feminist misandry. After eons of patriarchal misogyny, that's no surprise no?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 04:26 PM
1

Biological, social and cultural imperative brrrrrrrrr If it's an imperative, why do numbers decline when women have a choice? Because the "others" do, and they will tell you what to do and what to wear every day in less than 20 years. Easily fixed. Stop contact with people who do. Everyone who knows me knows you can't tell me what to do because I'll end up doing the opposite, even if I try.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 04:15 PM

Gross, dude. There are enough guys into chubby girls, she's not attractive to YOU because she's your bloody sister!
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 04:11 PM

Leftism and blue pill go hand Why do you make it about politics Lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:55 PM
1

What kind of argument is that? Yes, if someone called me and said "ima give you a trillion dollars and you don't have to do anything for it" I'd sure as hell take it if it was genuine and I wouldn't give two shits about who it was who gave it to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:51 PM
1

Dunno where you at but here in Europe it's pretty common too, you split or take turns. It's only asymmetrical if the income also is and then its independent of gender. For most, though. Won't assume everyone is like the people I know.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:48 PM
1

I don't think so. My partner really doesn't have anything with anyone in common I ever dated. I'm pretty set on them tho. And I don't feel like I "settled" for anything, I think I found the best imaginable for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:38 PM
2

Weird. Never saw that happen unless there where other traits that caused the hostility. Same thing other way around.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:34 PM
-2

Lol she was a cis man before finding out and still got laid lmfao And I honest to got really really really highly doubt that assumption
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:31 PM
1

Soooo... Just goes for physical traits? Is abstract intelligence physical?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:30 PM
1

Based on what? All men AND women I know have highly individual understanding of beauty. Am highly doubtful of that assumption. Could you specify for a mentally somewhat challenged person? (I'm tired.)
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:28 PM
1

I assure you to have good sex you have to put in more than bare minimum. It is physically and mentally equally exhausting as satisfying. A bit like sport actually.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:24 PM
0

Ah. So you think you're pretty and that's the only reason your spouse married you?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:22 PM
1

The only time I ever behaved that shitty was as a teen before I learned to be as respectful of men as I wanted them to be of me. So maybe social circle really is the issue here, just age-wise?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:14 PM
1

Most certainly not where I live, no, so please specify.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:12 PM
1

Generalisation tyvm and highly disputable. Evidently.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:10 PM
1

To be fair it depends a bit on circumstances, no? Or none of you ever had the after party scare waking up hungover in your bed being like "wtf is that next to me"?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 03:06 PM
1

THIS Tysm for reminding me of that wording, that's it exactly!
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 02:57 PM
2

Devils advocate on that: I hypothesise it happens all the time and what you call "settling" is actually when you let go of your preconceptions about what a partner should be, which will naturally reflect the worldview that you were brought up in, and find someone who actually complements you. Complementing meaning they cover your blind spots for you as you for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 02:52 PM

My friend is an average looking deeply neurodivergent polyamourous kinky trans woman with anxieties about talking to strangers. She literally did just that, built a social circle based on her hobbies and interests (over far longer than 6-12 months tho) and has a number of sexual and romantic partners as well as friends, consisting of the very select type of people she feels comfortable around. Sorry, but there's just no shortcut for giving a fuck about the people and putting in effort.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 02:43 PM
1

I object to the statement that men don't have to put in effort with promiscuous women. Women who are promiscuous do so to have positive, pleasant experiences, and a man not putting in any effort is unlikely to provide that.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 02:36 PM

Less humans lol
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 02:31 PM

So cute how they think they got it all figured out at 21 lmfao. "Women are the same globally", for sure, all 4 billion, they're practically a hive mind
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 02:19 PM
1

It's like interacting with a cat. First you wait and concentrate in not being threatening. If it comes, it comes and you reach out. If it retreats, go again. If it comes closer, you try to find the spots it likes scritched. At some point, it might curl in your lap. Difference is, with a human that spiel gets played by two parties.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 02:13 PM
1

So we can all agree that direct communication is sth to strive for?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 01:50 PM
1

Still you could switch the genders in your text and it would be same amount of true. Idg why you're acting like you're unveiling secret wisdoms here. "Humans care about looks" well duh.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 01:48 PM

How come I know so many happily married 5'1 Indians then
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 01:37 PM

That sounds like she had some issues, was actually asex or kinky/sub. Not represantive of the majority at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 01:36 PM

So I take it you think you're ugly and that that's why you don't get laid?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 01:31 PM

If 2) is a pillar of society, which society would that be?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 01:18 PM

...and guys desire only barbie dolls. Sure mate.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 01:16 PM

Yeah that just sounds a tiny bit made up bro.
