For added insight, look at the demographics of the surrounding suburbs. While I'm sure the downtown core may be a little more balanced, areas like Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Pickering/Uxbridge, etc. are generally filled with a lot of well to do families.
