1	Sub Rules I never understood all the hate against national socialism. Communism has killed minimum 10x more people. Allies did way more sinister things during WW2 than axis did. It's crazy how biased reddit is. Even racism is biased- it's okay to 'bash whiteys' but even mildly criticizing 'minorities' is a big no-no. 1	How to curb my addiction? Longest nofap I did was about 10 months. It's hard for first 2 months, after that it becomes easier. Anyway, few recommendations. Get very busy with something- work, hobbies, etc. Pour that physical energy into working out (1-2x workouts per day).
