I think the problem is that there's no indication that there will be any consequences for the girl, and given current trends it's not much of a stretch to assume there won't be any.

That's even worse for men's rights because it shows that even if we got harsh penalties for false accusations, real rape claims could lead to such nonsensical, unjust arrests.

The opposite is true in most of the western world. Gender selection is illegal in most of the western world, but not the US.

So let me get this straight, women shouldn't be held responsible for their actions (consenting to/initiating sex), but men should be held responsible for their actions while drunk? Why don't we just hold everyone responsible for their actions...

uppercutting her doesn't really help you along in getting someone off the bus. What? I'm pretty sure it's a lot easier to get someone off a bus after you uppercut them senseless.
