0	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap I didn't say strict to the point of lack of respect. I simply said strict. Obviously without respect anyone can be a dickhead but that isn't the point. 1	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap At the very least women do not share the same level of respect in the workplace in a lot of fields as men. To elaborate, a male superior providing strict orders may be "appropriate strictness" but coming from a female superior it may be "bitchy-ness". Does this apply to all women in all jobs?
