The chrome piece is not a soap dispenser that's a facet, soap dispensers don't have a swivel handle and nozzle, and for the item right below her cashapp looks like a soap dish to me. Could be wrong but my bet is still on hotel. Edit: you can also make out the tiles for the bathtub/shower behind her as well as a cutout to place your shampoo. Not only that but I don't think a public bathroom would have any sort of wallpaper on the walls either.
