I doubt he will listen to me. You're right. I have to overtly protect my self interest.

This was his exact reasoning. He says he put us through college and we are all working, leading comfortable lives and he's worked hard all his life so he deserves to relax and enjoy his money while he still can. I agree with him.

Example of my mom's frugality. Painting our old house by herself so that we can save a few thousand dollars. I was studying abroad so I was unable to help. My father didn't lift a finger. The house was put up for sale but looked rundown with the old paint. The only money given to my mom was to pay the bills. Always making sure my dad puts aside savings for a rainy day. A lot of the money has gone to other women.

My mom has an illness where she cannot go back to the workforce. Why should I forgo inheritance money when I can get it for my own family? Yes, he's exchanging pussy for money but there's cheaper pussy elsewhere.

I totally get where you're coming from. But it still stings when they money is going to an outsider instead of in the family.

It's partly about me because of inheritance.

What do you mean by whiteknighting my dad? I tried acting cool knowing about his cheating and that's about it.

I think I'm just gonna lawyer up my mom. Yes, selfish but I'm also thinking about the inheritance money.

I have my own house, he has his own house. How am I to kick the shit out of my dad?

Yes, just feel sorry for my mom who has been toiling and living a frugal life despite us being rich.

She suspects, but I have more information about the third party. I just can't stand that woman using my father's money. It's his money but it just stings knowing that he'd rather help someone else's business instead of his own children and wife.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
