Is there a precedent of someone being prosecuted and actually found guilty of threatening to make a false accusation rape claim but never actually making the false accusation?

Please tell me you've never been so angry with someone that you've never said you'd hurt or even use the word kill that person? Have you never seen two people exchange angry words and threaten each other, with witnesses around, especially in a bar setting and the police show up and do nothing? I get what you're saying, but fortunately we do not live in a world where just saying bad things (except extreme circumstances) lead to jail time.

You think that would work? Lol. If jail was that successful we wouldn't have repeat offenders. And a few months for running her mouth? Cmon. We have enough people in jail for ridiculous crimes. Jail isn't always the solution and most of the time it's counter effective. Yes, let's send her to jail for MONTHS while we fit the bill for it. She didn't threaten to kill him either... I fail to see your point. As far as threatening to file rape charges go, she didn't actually do that. A better analogy to your comment would be her threatening to rape HIM. That might lend a little more credence to this whole debate. At the end of the day, the woman is a piece of trash.
