Freedom of speech. What a tough concept to grasp! You are an idiot.

That is not an argument. You posted this article in the wrong sub, anyway This has absolutely nothing to do with men's rights. A woman was unjustly punished for fucking words! You have no clue about what the result would have been if this was a guy telling his girlfriend to kill herself because we do not have such a case. Post it when a boy gets 20 years for doing the same thing. That would qualify for this sub. Until then, stop supporting the criminalization of speech in America.

She shouldn't have been tried in the first place. Let's not criminalize texting, which is what this case is about. It is not like she was actually witnessing the guy die with her own eyes and she did nothing about it. It is a disgusting distortion of "homicide" legislation. Maybe the numbers are low because they don't consider male rape as rape. Where did you find that anal rape is not rape in Switzerland?

Good for Switzerland for defining rape as rape and nothing else as rape. What is the definition is Saudi Arabia? Anyone looking at a hijab-less woman?

Doesn't the Civil Right's Act ban this?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
