I made a similar post about my mom and some of the user made comments about the morality of it(look at rule 3 on the side). Cool for you to share, might not add a lot to the community, but i'm sure it meant a lot to you.

nah buddy. if he stopped working out too, it could be a redistribution of tissue, or just being fat lol. You can be the same weight and put on muscle for example.

Very true. Stoicism is something I just happened upon and it's really helping me change my life.

Is Altruism to be frowned upon? What are we but what we give back to society\1])? I have my parents in mind here and I think they are pretty spectacular because in the community they are respected for having the power and authority to be nice enough to give back. Generosity is an unspoken tenet of TRP; Look at you, you're giving back to us sitting in front of computers because you know you can help and it comes at no advantage to you(Is that even true? we do respect you, and so, IT IS worthwhile…

Haha it looks like that's what I've managed to communicate. No, I've used TRP to the fullest and I'm making more money then I have ever and people respect me more(metrics, but not encompassing). I have seen success; since I've started women in relationships have been throwing themselves at me(gives me a guide of which side of AF/BB I am on) and I have tried being half way, 'watered down', TRP with woman and it, very simply, doesn't work. The problem with the post was this is not regarding women …

This is the subtext I got from reading TRP, it doesn't reflect my thoughts on it and hence the err in my thinking.

Oh shit lol. Never noticed that. It's grown to be much more and should probably change to reflect that.

Be high SMV. Girls are great for venting to/ being emotional. Loss of frame? so what. This is not a plate, she is not meant to be used like that(I'm thinking HB -2 from you). Opening upto guys is hard and rare but just as fruitful of an experience. Do you not have friends?(not meant as an insult because i'm pretty openly emotional with my friends and it gives me power because they can loosen up around me)
/r/TheRedPill29/06/18 08:36 PM

Absolutely. Frame has already helped me greatly and being an asshole must be an option, not a requirement.

TRP has proven much more useful in my professional life and in my daily social interactions than that with girls. We talk about girls too much lol.

Transparent the way you are using it is a blanket statement. The assumption being, there is something to be hidden(lol the want to get laid). That's not really being nice, much more like deceitful.

I think just yesterday I got over my anger phase. Until then, it was, "Hey, i get this, but i hate how women are and fuck them" but it eventually clicked that is just what they are and it's okay. Now I'm not mad at anyone, acknowledge what it is for what it is and I'm content. Also lol, banging this cucks wife with him there tomorrow night is the practical reality I think everyone needs. I think that's what a lot of the new RPers are missing. Practical Experience > "OMG, TRP changed my life, I'm…

Good on you Gramps. Always impressive when an older man can hold his own and is actually fit. Mostly they feel entitled to handouts because fo their age. Makes the ones putting in more effort, eating more protein for their age and remaining Injury free look less impressive than they are.

Lolol sometimes I wonder if the dude writing this could communicate this without sounding like a massive masochist but then lol it says much more about us, the audience. Solid post mane, wish you'd tone it down but lol, that's like stressing over my poop apparently haha.

Thanks bud. I needed to hear this. I've wanted to get stronger and ive been getting coached and my last workout had me hyperventilating because of how much my trainer was pushing me(if you were thinking burpies, fuck you, it was high volume hatfields) and i have been telling myself "isn't this supposed to be fun" it isn't, at least not now, it comes when you have been pushing yourself so hard that it has to be easy. DNP will kill you a lot easier than anything else mentioned here, hence the concern. lol deca i would assume can be overdosed without major sides, why mention meth along with it. But fair, i agree with you. I assume the guys who don't do enough research are just scanning so one less post about DNP the better. Lol SARMS, you've mentioned it yourself. It's exactly that. why would you be okay trying something you don't have any proof will benefit you? Especially if you are trying things that are il…

This week has been weird but great. I made some friends with some burnouts( i think, i feel bad for saying that but that's how i see them ). They are my roomates and it's nice to have real close friends again. I spent time in college slogging and feel like it's been ages trying to make new friends. I was really popular in high school but realized in college its not what i wanted then and buried my head in my books. I'm an interview away from doubling my salary and i think it's amazing how much T…

My two cents I don't think it is. It has you squatting and deadlifting on the same day which is not okay for most(me and my ex had back issues and I never get injured). run a 3 day full body split instead. counter intuitive because you are training the two together again but you get more rest and you practise the lifts together all the time so you have better specificity in that your body knows you will be training like that and can optimize for it.

u/Heathcliff-- do you feel love? It was such a driving force in my life and I feel like it's something i need to let go of because i can never see it reciprocated. The most surreal thing I've ever experienced was when an old ex told me she never loved me. She straight up lied and i didn't know people could lie about that, but much more importantly, she saw nothing wrong with it.

You have to be able to afford PCT first. Get in the mindset of thinking like that. doesn't matter if you can afford everything else.

OP's post is helpful in the way that it is preventative. If you do it, do it right. There's a lot of misinformation on these posts as it is and Trengod did a reasonable job presenting it well. There is a post right above this that talks about using way stupider shit, why? for the same superficial reasons, but it is dramatically less safe. Also I do understand the nature of your post and I support it. For anyone considering, lookup Lee Priest, he talks about how steroids destroyed his life(he's a…

could you please remove this? your comment on orals is true and good but there's no good reason to use SARMs so don't recommend it. DNP? this could literally kill someone so don't even mention it if you don't mention it will kill you if you are uninformed.
/r/TheRedPill21/06/18 03:04 PM

if you are considering, please don't. Steroids are much safer as there are tons of research. Sarms are not for the same.

A case in point for doctors being wrong about this stuff. HRH(hormone replacement therapy), they prescribe blast and cruise cycles, why would you do that? all you do is antagonize receptors and you get less effect with more substance. Hormone use isn't good or bad, it's how you use it like every other drug. Paul Erdos used amphetamines, Jobs used LSD, you can use whatever you want as long as it a tool and you aren't abusing it. This post + T nation has lots of great information about this stuff.…

You can play the game backwards. "Women only know two kinds of love, That of the father and that for the child". If you find yourself, let's say at a workplace(don't shit where you eat), and you have an annoying older female co-worker, you can play the second kind of affection. You could try to beat her game but trying is putting a lot at risk. Instead, being a 'child' in her eyes puts her in your frame (mothers have a built in mechanic to take abuse from children so that the children can grow a…

There is a really smart lesson I learnt from somewhere here. "Woman love either as a daughter or as a mother". if you play the game right and the age gap exists(can be 2 years if you can do it right) you can play billy beta to your advantage and be treated more like a son and thus suffer infinitely less shit tests because you aren't a mathing prospect, you are a nurture worthy prospect.

There's a lot of 'rules' here that are simply not true. Variability is overrated and at the very least you are wrong about the 6-12 weeks. Might be like that for you. How are these rules? why are there 6 and not more or less? pretty BS post.

haha I did ignore and I didn't get it in. She said no and i said fine and just did other stuff. Now that I'm typing it out it makes sense i should have gone to zero rather than accepting what little she was putting out. So I should just completely get cold and stop all intimacy? This seems kinda rude and I don't understand how this works mentally for her. Wouldn't she suddenly get more conscious?

6 is definitely in my hands and i will fix it. 7 though, she said she wanted to but shouldn't so early. In my head i was thinking i would look clingy if i pushed. What do i do here? I'm thinking this was a mistake in me not pushing for close because a few girls in the past have put on initial resistance and it might have been just that.

This hits home. I have a roommate that I was talking to about a girl and I said I don't mind waiting a little for sex, it's hard for me to want to fuck a girl without knowing her a bit. He said "Of course you don't mind as long as you get sex", this is a guy spinning 2(HB6-) plates so I guess he's just lucky.

I respect him because I understand he is a human too and people make mistakes, the respect however is limited because he hit me and my mom. This was more for me understanding AWALT, my mom was the unicorn that a lot here speak of and this is me trying to peer through that veil. Man, this is some hard shit you are laying out. As a word of advice(the irony), people don't take advice unless they are explicity looking for it. It however has helped me understand how people justify it and do so positively. I'm severely BPd so divorce wasn't part of my understanding so it's eye opening when people describe it.

This is really interesting. One of the things that comes off if you don't see the value here is that it's a bunch of old, divorced men just grasping at straws for why their wonderful wives left them despite all the misogynistic views represented here. Then you understand this makes way too much sense. I had a trash ex and it was amazing what I learnt from her. Society teaches you a handful of them are duds but the rest are magic. Lol AWALT. You mentioned 'if you have the resources to provide for her'. This is a hard thing for me to understand because I always feel like I need more. Didn't have a car? got a car. Now I'm living at an apartment(temporarily) with a ridiculously gross human being so I'd like not to stay there let alone bring someone else. In the report the guy brought the girl home(power move) but what could I do? I'll move out as soon as I can. Getting a hotel makes it look like you give too much of a shit because you …

About the program choice, don't worry about it. Stick with a program for a year, grow in it's confines. If you feel you are hurting yourself maybe consider pause work to hammer out your form. What's going to change you is your diet and patience. Also if you are not deadlifting, squatting or benching(haha I don't do this one) every week, then disregard everything I said, do a program that does that. If you think about it that way they definitely have it harder. When you're 20(or however old you were at the time) your brain is still pretty plastic and you can still learn. Not being super attractive to woman have made me a pretty interesting person. Now after college with a decent job and unattached, girls don't understand how I'm single and to be honest I get confused why they think so because of all the formative years.
