Some basics down respond to her every message. You are a busy man with many interests, you are not at her beck & call because you are a busy man, you will be arranging the dates & activities. Sometimes she will have to wait a week to see you, and on some weekends you cant see her at all because of your busy lifetyle you will on occasion introduce her to you friends you are in a sports team or go to the gym to look good, but dont brag about it

She is probly being honest to you, as you seem to satisfy her without even trying. She trusts you, because you ask for nothing in return, so she sees you as not playing mind games. She told the mutual friend that it was fine, so she would not lose face. She is playing mind games with them. Let me guess the mutual friend was female.

Sorry, you are wrong. Going "low contact", or not responding to a narcissist, can be the correct response.

I'm one of the top posters in /r/raisedbynarcissists/ (under another name). The woman is displaying typical narcisstic traits and the the husband is displaying typical beta behaviour. People in that thread are somewhat clueless. Narcissists are ego-syntonic ie their ego state is stable and they think they are doing nothing wrong. The OP narcissist does the usual self-victimisation trick, seeking narcissistic supply from the other posters. And they are happy to provide narcissistic supply. The OP…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
