I would advise against trying to even things out by doing single limb movements like you are thinking. There are plenty of single limb movements, like DB press, that are highly effective but trying to manage different volume levels on each side is a slippery slope. 2	Do you have periodic check-ins with your wife? We do a weekly meeting. Informal but usually every two weeks. I talk about finance so she knows what can be spent and she talks about kids schedules and who needs to be where. I found it really helps so no one is surprised about stuff. I think of leading my family like being the CEO of a company. A small under capitalized company but still a company.
