I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Good point, I visited Italy multiple times and noticed how lean everyone was. Which was strange to me because Italian cuisine is very tasty an high in carbs, I had some of the best restaurant food there. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/10/23 10:33 AM
If you are unattractive, chances are it has NOTHING to do with your weightWhich man is considered universally attractive that is above 15% bodyfat? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/10/23 10:16 AM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %To answer directly Obese as in michelin man fat -> diguisting for both men and women 5-15kg overweight man -> Loses face sharpness, loses V taper, many get a belly, some with weak chins get double chin. Rarely someone with a very striking face still looks good, most lose their edge here. 5-15kg overweight woman -> not as hot as lean woman for me but is for many men. Face less sharp but that doesn't affect them so much. Makeup helps too. Usually store fat better -> on hips, ass, boobs and can loo… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/10/23 10:13 AM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Did you ever see an overweight man and thought -> this dude looks really good, I would like to look like him? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/10/23 10:02 AM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Maybe this is regional. I am that dude (More of a deadlifter build but my bench is 330lb) and when I am at my heaviest I am strongest but get the least attention from women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 09:36 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %IDK man I am not from the US, I see very few unacceptably fat women here. Ones with like 10kg extra can still look acceptable, especially with makeup. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 09:34 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Did you notice different reactions from women depending on your bf%? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 07:26 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Genetics play a astronomically large part in how well and much muscle people grow. This is true. But even if you look like Tom Holland you checked the "fitness" box in life I think. If you are not finding success in dating I don't think its because you have too little muscle. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 06:47 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %I was thinking more in line of 5-10kg extra. Not 30kg + | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 06:38 PM
| -2 | I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %While beauty is subjective I think there is a general trend of what I wrote. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 06:32 PM |
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %I know that women judge their looks very harshly, but I can assure you that us men are rarely repulsed by such details on slightly overweight girls. I look masculine even now that I am fat with muscle (similar face to Fedor Emelianenko) but when leaner girls get much more flirty and even approach sometimes. My OLD pics from leaner times also get matches while more recent ones get zero. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 06:30 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Had to look these guys up. Both are lean and probably attractive to women in their own ways. Holland has much smaller frame and is way shorter than Evans. BTW don't get discouraged, lift heavy for 3-4 days a week in caloric surplus and you WILL gain muscle if your test levels are normal as a young dude. Many people give up too early, results come really slowly. I on the other hand struggle with losing weight and maintaining a lean physique. Gaining muscle came relatively easily up to a point. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 06:26 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %I think that leanness is universally attractive, and runner vs swimmer vs gymbro is more of a preference. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 06:15 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Depends on the woman but I would say it is possible. Where I live the average is around 6' for us younger ppl, so the 5'7" dude would probably be too short for a lot of women. But there are 5'10" or so good looking dudes that slay. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 06:12 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Was talking about male bf % there. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 06:01 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %For some reason at some point like 5 years ago height started being a huge deal everyone started talking about. Up until then I never put any thought into people's height unless they were very short or tall. Suddenly a friend that is 6ft started complaining that he is not getting laid because of height. Not his weird looking face, not his awkwardness, but height. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:53 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Depends on the woman of course, but I assume it is somewhere bit under the average height for that place/age group. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:49 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %I have been lifting for over 15 years, most people that lift are still chubby even though they have muscle. Being lean requires a disciplined diet, very active lifestyle, or naturally very low appetite. Lifting helps very little here. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:29 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Chubby face = feminine trait. 10kg overweight makes a man's face chubby and therefore less masculine. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:22 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Not blaming anyone here, just stating what I noticed. Men are often ~10-15kg overweight which is not enough for them to look really bad, but enough for their faces to lose sharpness and make them way less attractive. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:20 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %IDK man it is just how being fat affects faces. Almost every good looking man is lean. Not every good looking woman is lean. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:14 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %I assume that "too skinny" is much less common reason than "too fat" ? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:12 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %How much each thing matter is hard to estimate. I agree that height matters a lot, but I would argue that face matters more when minimum height requirement is met. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:10 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Also slightly overweight women do look a lot better than slightly overweight men. Exactly, you convey it well in one sentence. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:08 PM
I think the majority of men are unattractive in large part because of their high bodyfat %Because as I said in the post women look better when chubby than men do. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/10/23 05:07 PM
Dating younger women, your experiences? I'm seeing success dating 18-20 years olds as a 30 year old.Fuck man I live as a local in a similar country, been lifting for my entire life, make similar money and have my own place, car and motorcycle, and I am only rarely getting women around my age (30) from social circle. Zero contact with 20yo girls. Where do you even meet them? Especially now with covid and clubs being closed. | /r/askTRP | 04/02/21 11:23 PM
Getting from "fat with muscle" to lean physiqueThanks, I have tried audiobooks but never listened to them outside of home honestly, and at home I get distracted easily. I will look into the book you mention. | /r/askTRP | 21/01/21 04:24 PM
Getting from "fat with muscle" to lean physiqueI do avoid pizza, and fry my own burgers without bread. | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 08:17 PM
Getting from "fat with muscle" to lean physiqueThis is what I like to hear! Girls tell me that I have a good looking face but I think I am not being noticed because of all the bloat. I feel strong, easily the strongest person in the room 90% of the time, but I also want to feel lean and "capable", like I used to feel as a kid. You know, see a tree and feel like you can easily climb it for example. | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 08:16 PM
Getting from "fat with muscle" to lean physiqueI love dogs but unfortunately it is very inconvenient for me to own one since I often travel for work (in non covid times at least). Walking in the morning sounds like a good idea. | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 07:56 PM
Getting from "fat with muscle" to lean physiqueGood tip to add walking! I will get back into this habit of walking every day. I used to do it and it felt great, especially walking with friends and discussing things. | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 07:53 PM
Need Help with my Skinny Fat Physique. Pics InsideWhatever you do just keep lifting. As your lifts increase your muscle mass will too. If you cut be aware that your lifts will progress more slowly. If you bulk you will for sure get stronger and more muscular but fatter. Whatever works best for you. | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 03:15 PM
Getting from "fat with muscle" to lean physiqueIt indeed is mostly meat, fish and protein powder. Some fruit and veggies, and about 100g per day of rice. Got any info/books/articles on how I can improve this and feel better while cutting? | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 02:13 PM
Getting from "fat with muscle" to lean physiqueIt is possible that my motive is not strong enough. I was very motivated to become strong, beat my PRs, have big arms etc. Working on this was both enjoyable and rewarding. But I am struggling now, I am not getting stronger, it sucks that I have to watch what I eat. I am not unhealthy in any way, and I still look better than people that don't lift (most people in my surroundings). You are right, I need to find a strong motive for this... | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 02:09 PM
Getting from "fat with muscle" to lean physiquePossibly, I am counting calories in Myfitnesspal, trying to be at around 2300, while keeping my protein intake over 150g. I guess I just have to get used to it. | /r/askTRP | 20/01/21 02:02 PM
Things that affect our testosteroneFuck man I am drinking like 3 liters of coke zero per day. I will quit right after I finish my current stash. | /r/askTRP | 14/04/20 01:45 PM
Things that affect our testosteroneHow much of that stuff were you drinking? I am drinking a ton of that shit now, this might be a legit reason to quit... | /r/askTRP | 13/04/20 07:00 PM
Help me get over my fear of getting mugged/attackedStart carrying a gun and practice using it in realistic scenarios. | /r/askTRP | 05/04/20 11:31 AM
Young guy here. From my experiences, jealousy is at the root of discontentment, how to get rid of it?I used to be like this at 20, now 30. Got rid of it by doing stuff that I like to do, and shaping myself into a person that I respect. For me it was lifting, improving my diet, starting to look good, not taking shit from people, doing amateur MMA, reading non-fiction, making more and more money, driving cool cars, investing, etc. Now instead of jealousy the feeling is more in line with "Ok so this is possible, how can I do it?". I still feel a twinge of jealousy for perhaps imaginary "Gigachad" … | /r/askTRP | 05/04/20 11:29 AM
I want to get in to I.T, which I.T career do you guys recommend?I would go with Frontend route if I was starting over, since the interviews are much easier than Backend ones. I would learn TypeScript well, some basic HTML/CSS, and Angular and/or React. Other stuff that I would recommend you learn is RxJs, Redux, and some basic design patterns. I would go with technology specific courses (the technologies listed above), and afterwards I would read books on them. Other programming books I would recommend is Clean Code, Refactoring, and Clean Architecture - rea… | /r/askTRP | 05/04/20 11:21 AM
Anybody else not really care for sex?Man I used to drink and it was the only way I could "feel like" being social. I had to stop since it got out of control, and was interfering with my other goals. Now I am kinda in the same boat as the OP | /r/askTRP | 05/04/20 10:44 AM
