| 2 | $1200 a monthCareful - the math on that loan gets uglier as that interest rate goes up. Plug in 7% for the rate, and you've got a whole different situation. And foreigners, I believe, simply cannot obtain federally backed loans at 4.5% as easily as citizens since the government has far less ability to financially crush a foreign citizen should they default.
