They do the same thing for firefighting jobs in Vancouver and the surrounding areas. At the bottom of the applications it says 'Preference will be given to women and visible minorities' I am a 26 year old white male, I weigh 210lbs and am very physically fit. When I was applying I never scored lower than 90% on the written exams and always scored highly on the physical tests. Wow. Did you even read /u/DragodaDragon's post? There was no hatred in it or mine. I identify as an MRA but I'll be honest, I'm ashamed at some of the things I read here. There is just as much idiocy and hatred thrown around here as by radfems. Most MRAs don't hate women, but there are certainly enough here that do for us to get the reputation. Mens Rights is NOT anti Feminism. Feminism is NOT anti Mens Rights. Both are about ensuring EQUALITY between genders
