On to the apology thing, it wasn't because I wanted an apology, I did it just because I could, again with nothing against the girl. I had power at that moment and I did it just to see with how much shit I could get away. It kinda turns into a game, you're probably getting what I'm saying now.

Hahaha guys guys, you're missing something. It has nothing to do with that particular girl, she just so happened to be at the right place at the right time for me to test drive my PUA skills and the awareness I had gained (seeing through the shit tests etc) in the field. If it's beta it is what it is, I really don't care my dudes. The only reason this post exists is to drive home the point to myself that it's very easy for girls to cheat, hence the experiment. I do actually have a deviated nasal septum (had it checked a few years back due to not being able to breathe properly through the nose), I will definitely look into surgery to fix it. Maybe this is exactly what I need to improve my sleep. Thank you.

I almost never drink coffee anyway and my excess sugar consumption is very low, if any at all. Room is dark, check. Also I do in fact go to bed at the same time, I mention it in my post. As for the exercising part, I'm a powerlifter so I get plenty. I could definitely give meditating and reading a try, though.
