If a girl is interested in you at least a little bit and a half decent conversationalist, she will try to resume convo after a bit of a pause.

1. Compliment her appearance with something specific. Not "you're beautiful/cute/adorable/attractive." Talk about how her purple earrings complement her pants or something. 2. Tell her about yourself but only when it's necessary i.e. building rapport through shared experiences - try to get her talking about emotions motivations passions etc 3. It's okay to ask questions but if she's an interesting girl and a half decent conversationalist she will give answers that let you thread easily. For exam…

This was a fantastic talk. Amazing tips for those of us who are in serious/committed/long term relationships, but as you asked, I do think many of her points can be applied to short term "seduction." She asked couples when they're most drawn to each other with 3 points. Distance (1) In the short run, if you are casually dating someone giving them space and not appearing needy is incredibly important. Let them imagine/think about you so that when you do contact them, it'll be a great interaction …

If you can't think of a witty response (changing subject/agree + amplify), just say "okay." Some may dislike this response, but I've found it to be very useful in conveying that you simply DGAF.

Couldn't agree more. A good chunk of sedditors read, practice, and apply in the hopes of sweeping that girl of our dreams off her feet. Even the ones who claim to just wanna get laid get sick of it after awhile. Some of the oneitis thoughts are accurate though, but I vehemently disagree with the shit about cheating.

Reading body language oh my god. It has done wonders for my social skills. I can tell when someone's bored, not into me/a friend, needs to go, worried, exhausted, closed off. Granted sometimes people give off ambiguous signals, but overall you start noticing trends. This is along many other things.

I personally transitioned from saying sorry excessively to "my bad" and now I say both very rarely, not because I'm an unapologetic asshole, but because I reserve those words for when I'm genuinely sorry for something that I did/said. Call it being more alpha, more manly, more assertive, whatever the fuck you want, but I strongly believe apologizing less makes you a more attractive man.

I completely agree, but rebuildingmyself really nailed it below. To add a few things, I think you can stay attractive to her by: Continuing to improve yourself. Remember how seddit is about self-improvement first and PU second? Keep that mantra close. Maintain/expand your social circle Continue to take care of yourself (grooming/working out) Treat her like someone you're picking up over and over again. No you don't have to use an opener your gf, but remember how to compliment a girl (be specific…

Similar situation here too man. JayZizek made a great point - we need to continue being at the top of our game (and we can shoot the shit even more effectively with HBs now - assuming you're mutually exclusive) so the attraction stays after the honeymoon phase. Good luck to you!

Senior in college. Have always been social/good with people, but major AFC until this last year. Breaking up with a really religious girl helped a lot with being more outgoing, but seddit/RSD have really molded me into the person I am today. I know I still have a long way to go, but I've #/K/F-closed more people than I would have ever imagined this year (20+/10+/1 if you care about numbers, I really don't anymore). People above have given phenomenal tips, but here is one thing I believe can help…

No. It's hard (if not near impossible) to display characteristics like body language, voice inflection/tonality, and facial expressions on Facebook. Skype/Facetime is a slight step up but you can't kino.

I distinctly remember thinking exactly this way before I got into my last LTR(used to be AFC as fuck). Brilliantly written bro- hopefully others will read and avoid our mistake.

Was thinking about sarging together if we happened to go to the same school. But hey, if you're that butthurt about it... Dining Commons sounds familiar. Downvoted for asking too "revealing" info huh. Thanks Seddit.

Dude find things she is passionate about, "neg" her just a bit (I use that word sparingly, just make fun of her in a lighthearted/flirty way - don't forget the shit eating grin) about it, keep going back to it if needed. Things is general as fuck, but it can really be something silly from horseback riding to manga. Oh yeah, don't forget to talk about yourself too, but do make sure to keep the convo focused on her at least on the initial approach. After all, you hit on her.

intent > interest what others have said demonstrate intent, such as kino, sexual/flirty banter (hard to do one without the other tbh)

Hey man, you demonstrated exactly how great meeting new people is, especially women when you don't have a #C in mind. Just try to remember it at the end haha. Well-written, nice job.

God damn, me f/k closing these past few weeks seems like a POS compared to what you did. Amazing man. Lets sarge together sometime.

You're going to get this a lot. It's the way you say it rather than what you say. Obviously your content has to stay contained within social boundaries (though it's okay to jump out once in awhile), but you want to convey confidence and a DGAF attitude with your speech, along with playfulness and fun. Banter like there's no tomorrow man. The way I see it, if a chick isn't into banter, then she's not worth my time trying to game anyway. Best of luck!

Stop thinking of the silences as awkward. Also, it's highly beneficial to build tension via eye contact during these silences- it also shows you're comfortable and confident, traits which girls love. Say something ONLY if you genuinely want to- not to break the silence. Half the time a girl will resume convo. Try making more statements instead of using interview questions. Nice job though, AA is tough to crack! But no one else really gives a fuck about you approaching, really. It's all in your h…

Usually I'm too lazy to use my index and middle finger to scroll up and click the upvote button but this FR was just that good. Nice work bro.

You didn't get a #/k-close, but I would say a h-close was pretty impressive given the circumstance. Well done

3/10 work on bantering man. non sequiturs. random shit that doesn't make sense. talk about giraffe hunting or something. be fun, adventurous, and spontaneous. this isn't even canned, it just feels really forced.

You also burn a few extra calories so your 8 pack (required for success in seduction obviously) will be even more prominent PS If you didn't catch the sarcasm there and downvote me fuck off

Pretend they're Asian? Or your little sister (this works a lot better if you actually have one). Outcome independence. Abundance mentality. The typical stuff. Race DOES play a role, but as many people have said on other threads, you wouldn't wanna be hanging out with a girl who isn't into you because of your race anyway, so who gives a fuck? Oh yeah, btw, the DGAF attitude + outcome ind./abundance ment. is gold. Good luck my man

Am reading your post AFTER I make this comment. Don't give a fuck about why she would give you a fake name. You failed, learn from it and move on. Rejection therapy at its best. You are fucking awesome, and you don't need two girls to validate your awesomeness. Edit: Next time call her out on texting if you're feeling ballsy but I would just eject after the HB7 because HB9 is clearly not even going to give you the time of day, and any attempts after trying to tease her for being on her phone wou…

While I see the exaggerated inflection in rapport-seeking tonality(definitely guilty of this many times), how can you radiate fun, playfulness, and enthusiasm while maintaining a rapport-neutral tonality?

Tl;dr: Read the fucking article. For you non-science majors, you will learn a good amount about your sympathetic response, not to mention the science behind AA and fear. PS This was in the Jeremy Lin issue of GQ, an article also worth taking a peek at!

I agree with this completely. I recently joined choir as a senior in college and though I haven't approached just for the fuck of it, am generally friendly and affable to everyone I meet. This has resulted in my reputation as an "awesome bro" around for some strange reason.
