I'm trying to make this transition ATM. switching jobs, for something less time consuming and less stressfull for the same pay, so I can have time to work myself. Work on my nutrition, get some gym time, and get myself in order so I can take the next steps properly. Looking into keto and primal/paleo. Got me a book about it, but haven't been able to get to it yet (posting this at work, during the last day of this misery inducing job). Any advice for a total begginer?

Congrats! Reminds me of a bike of the Moto GP, can't remember the riders name, but he had some sort of disability and had his bike adapted. He still kicked ass, maybe like 15-20 years ago. Spend some quality time with dad watching those races when I was younger back then.
