How do they (LeBron and Federer) get so much sleep though? It's hard for me to sleep for 9 hrs

General consensus is: Keep lifting as you did Your daily calorie intake should be 500 calories below your TDEE Or just PM GayLubeOil and ask for advice Ultimately you will lose some muscle mass, but it's natural when cutting.

Can you put signing the birth certificate on hold after the child gets born? Like "I'm getting a paternity test - if the child is mine I'll sign the certificate. If not, I'm not signing it". What would be the consequences of that? Does the situation change based on whether you're married with the mother or not?

Can we have a list of attributes that add to one's SMV and how to attain them? TRP has lots of interesting analyses on female psychology but I have no idea how to go from 0 to 1st plate. I've asked the TRP IRC the same question and I was told to talk to 5 people per day and I'm working on introducing that, but what's more?

I don't see a lot of practical advice regarding boosting your social life on TRP. I'm in HS and want to get invited to more parties.Wyat do I do?

How do you actually create respect and boundaries for yourself in a relationship? Eventually a girl is going to do something you don't like. Eg. My friend and his GF are almost equal height, yet the gf will always wear heels - making my friend appear shorter than her at parties etc. I won't go into detail about their relationship, because that'd be another couple of paragraphs. It's clear to me that the Heel Situation above is a symptom of lack of respect for my friend. But what is a man that fi…

Hey, thanks a lot man. I know all the detailed stuff (attention management, negs, shit tests etc) but this was the missing link. Fundamentals are fundamentals I guess. I'll just message "hey I'm going to [concert/show/whatever] after tomorrow, wanna go too?" when something comes up. Thanks again for the detailed post.

Being nice is not a viable strategy for getting laid; it is a viable strategy for keeping at arm's length women who are interested in you sexually, but whom you are not interested in sexually without alienating them or incurring their wrath, however you also have to be careful that it doesn't become a habit or else you'll friend-zone yourself with a woman you actually want; I'm in HS and have several girls I'm interested in (and also are interested in me), I'm doing what you described - just som…

From the numbers I read in this thread the reasonable ranges are 2k-5k IU for Vit D and 10-30 mg for Zinc

Not at 2k or 4k per day though - maybe 30 or 50k would be close.

I swear to fuck Vit D is some kind of drug. I recently started supplementing 2,000IU/day and I have so much more energy and wit and whatnot.

The video you're looking for: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MceYE8zxk3Y Still, it'd be weird to get interrupted in the middle of a long sentence and keep talking with somebody talking over you for a longer while.

How do you deal with people that interrupt you when you speak, though? You can say that it's a sign of being unintimidating, but it could also be a sign of them being dicks.

Regarding point 3 (which I suffered from): Once you get it, there's really no wonder why this is one of the things holding people back. You don't try to learn the things you know how to do. By this logic, if you're learning how to deal with women/get sex, you're automatically admitting "I am terrible with women". Yes, I'm bad at the things every teenager learns naturally. Plus, being bad with women sometimes gets you a negative reputation for being a tryhard, a pathetic loser or whatever. Nobody…

Do you snore? I've been doing some copywriting for a private clinic and it was about sleep apnea which can cause a lack of energy during the day. Try getting your sleep quality in check too. Make sure you reduce the light in your bedroom to a minimum (blackout curtains etc), disable any electronics near you (keep phone in separate room, unplug electronics or flip the breaker for your room).

Came here to say this. It's best to opt in for glass or steel/aluminum (eg. Sigg bottles). Btw, PRO TAP WATER TIP: cold tap water is might be cleaner than hot tap water in your city. This is why Ramsay (yes, Gordon) always says to pour cold tap water into your pot when eg. boiling potatoes. You might want to check out your city's water treatment company's website to confirm. My city's (Białystok) waterworks FAQ page says that "they don't guarantee hot water is good for consumption". I guess it's…

You could check out some of the free book chapters of Gorilla Mindset (Soundcloud) from a guy writing a rather TRP blog. I think it follows the step-by-step formula model you're looking for. I haven't bought the book myself but the insight from those free chapters gave me some food for thought.

EDIT: shit somebody already asked this before my post. sorry :( No I meant how he learned that these devices for conferences cost a shitton, leading to the realization "shit, I can save these people some money if I make Product X". For example, he'd have to volunteer at a conference and maybe accidentally take a glimpse at the budget realizing that the check-in machines cost a lot (or have an event manager friend that mentioned something like "shit the machine costs are giving me headaches" duri…

Okay, so now we have businesses related to: a) government tests b) conferences Obviously the guy that needed consulting had to have some exposure to the above industries to see the problems he could capitalize on. So how do you get some micro-exposure to any industry you're interested in to get business ideas? eg. having a millionaire mentor would open many doors, and you could just work a low-level position to see what you can capitalize on etc. but what about people starting with no connection…

Yeah, there's just some science about reducing DOMS better and they don't obliterate your sperm (because of the heat, compared to hot showers). I think most people just take them for the feel of it, it definitely wakes you up in the morning.

Where does the 50/50 split in divorces come from anyway historically? Is it a feminist invention or does it exist since the dawn of time? Same for alimony

Hey, since you know your shit about real estate. Is buying rentable property just turning money (eg. $400k) into passive income (eg. $4k/mo)? I mean, it'd take 100 months (4k/mo * 100) to pay off the property. That's 9-ish years to start turning a profit, which is a pretty long time. That's why I'm asking.

OP - since you study addiction. What's the difference between dopamine and opioids? Dopamine gets you off your ass to seek pleasure and opioids are the pleasure?

Are pheromones real in humans though? I know they are supposed to work unconciously but all I correlate pheromones with are the ads like "i bought these pheromones and now bitches are all over me" which don't seem very trustworthy. Just curious what the literature says.

I've came up with an exercise for myself to train my sort of abundance mentality: I count attractive girls everytime I go out. A 2 hour walk downtown I go up to ~30, a 1 hour bus ride is ~5 girls. I live in a 300k person town. If your SMV is low and only a few of those 30 girls find you attractive, you're still doing pretty good. It's not like being around attractive girls is somehow special. Like, really - do you just look at them or something? Is this the benefit? To be around attractive girls…

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_D#Excess +50K IU/day at a sustianed rate is toxic (or so says wikipedia and it's sources). I'd say it's pretty hard to get to that level.

I understand that you're talking about "it's better to be confident in social situations and then attractive body language will follow". While this is true, you ought to remember that "fake till you make it" is also a thing. Beta body language can also be a habit (throwing you into a negative loop, where you feel beta because of your habitually closed body language). Drill sergeants will frequently walk hand-top forward (like gorillas), while physicians are likely to teach people that you should…

Comfortable doesn't mean shit. With body language, anyways. Here's the thing: Every position is comfortable if it reflects your inner state of mind. Here's a story to demonstrate: I've had a shower installed in my apartament by a very awkward, hunched dude. After a while, he decided to take a break, came into the living room and just stood there, looking dead-on a point in the room. For a solid 2-3 minutes. I started getting some bad vibes - 'What's this dude's problem?'. I've been reading body …

I've read the Tomassi post on frame recently and from that it sounds like the guy with the frame is the guy that makes people react to his actions (thus is dominant). What OP did is just let his emotions slip, becoming reactive and making Marla look like she's in power (because she made him react). Shit, I don't even know, how does the above sound?

Remember that while this sort of approach is much better than frivolous spending, it won't make you rich. It will make you better off than most people. If your approach is just have money in the bank for a good retirement and you don't plan on investing a few stressful years of your life into a business - it's totally fine. The thing is, money is best enjoyed when you're young (20 to 40 yrs). So what if you have $1m USD in your bank account when you're 65, but your health is starting to fall apa…

There's no such thing as "suddenly getting too big". You can't hit the gym for 6 months and think "Fuck I accidentally look like Frank Zane". If you feel you don't want to get any bigger, just tone down on your exercise in order to maintain your physique. Or do squats one time a week instead of two if your thighs are getting too big etc.

Hey, sent you a PM. Loved how the each step headline actually explain what's happening ("Increasing SMV/Group Perspective, "Moment of Truth" etc.)
/r/TheRedPill29/05/15 06:19 PM

Yeah, but wouldn't asking for a DNA test cause some problems in the relationship? That is way better than raising somebody else's child, but you can't make a woman get a DNA test if she doesn't want to ("hurr you don't trust me how can you"), and the baby is on the way, so as men we're in an uninteresting situation there. So what happens in that situation?
