I live in Houston, luck with girls is meh. Went to a Lafayette for a year, not a lot of Hispanics there, easy pussy everywhere. It's because I was rare to them, maybe it's the same for you

Your comment makes me cringe, but there is some truth to it there at the end, a common nickname is chino

5'11" 300 pounds, not athletic, been working construction it shows in my lifts. Strong quads, weak presses I'm using starting strength and my work reps max for my press 70, for my deadlift it's 300, don't know the rest of my numbers, don't have my notebook on hand. I remember those because it's my weakest and strongest, never lifted before a month and a half ago when I stumbled on to mrp I'm still very much so functional, bit I was headed in a bad direction though, jogging doesn't affect my join…

Thanks, leaving the bad carbs is not difficult, but the more I research the more I realize just how ignorant I am to what good carbs are. My bigger problem is that I drink my excess calories, I've already cut back but they creep in every once in a while still making progress though

Thanks appreciate the advice "the best solution is building large muscles because they burn calories 24/7 The bigger your muscles, the easier it is to stay lean." That's precisely why I don't want my muscle growth to slow down, Crossfit leaves me too sore for work, was thinking some body weight hiit

I'm still functional, I can jog with no problem to my joints, it's just my heart and lungs that have a fit, I work construction but it shows in my lifts strong quads, but presses are weak

Definitely not committing, I believe she sees the changes and she just wants me as a back up in case it doesn't work out with boy friend. I have a couple of regular plates but not committing.

I'm sitting, letting the time tick by, no fucking motivation to go to the gym, tell myself I have to go and then lightbulb "I'll read mrp", sure enough, doesn't disappoint, got to go

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
