I’m going to be powerless to her just changing her mind. What a bullshit defeatist attitude. You are a little bitch who has this believe that you will get fucked by the world. Pathetic.

I ate roughly maintenance during my travel, though my tracking was likely off somewhat since I was estimating without a scale during vacation. This experience taught me that proper eating is not yet intuitive away from my scale and routines, and taking ‘time off’ from rigor isn’t an option if I want to hit my goals. I've been dialed every day since returning stateside and cancelled a 4 day trip that was coming up this weekend so I can be home and lock in. This is written in passive voice, as if …

You've had a great journey - I'm glad you posted. My life is awesome now. Having said that, when I read a statement like that, my question intuitively is "who are you trying to convince?". Your measure is checkboxes [1], [2], [3], and [4]. If one of those falls out, is your life no longer awesome?

He is 10. The habits are what concern me the most. He isn’t fat but a bit chubby. Another 5kg and he’d be fat. How much does he weigh? Sounds like you're hamstering here. What I realized was I didn’t mind her going, I like her doing stuff with the fam and she rarely does, but I just don't think the trip is worth it I'm guessing you told her exactly this. It's not you saying she can or can't go - but that if she does go, she doesn't get to be a bitch and be stressed out when she comes home.

The flip side of this is that sometimes you do have to communicate expectations and be explicit about when they're not met - and someone who gives a shit will try to meet them.

"this isn't working for me. get the fuck out." Or if you want to be more dramatic, go fuck your neighbor

My wife stayed at home for the first 5 years. A stay at home wife is a modern day luxury. A caring parent is much better than having a low wage nobody takes care of your kid. She went back to work when our daughter full day daycare and school - part time at first, now salaried. But end of the day, even with work, her priorities are the family - not the other way around. Mine are the same, but my work enabled my family.

Stopping someone who might be in a hurry during the day is a lot harder than opening two chicks who are clearly out to socialise. If you had $100 to give that chick who's in a hurry for no reason other than just to give it, do you think she'd ever not stop? Fact is, you don't believe your existence and presence is value.

Rule 9. And there's a lot of useless bullshit in here.

Notice how she's the one who dictated your behavior? Rule 9 exists for a reason.

But you're right, I am currently a bit chubby. You'll be better off if you lean in hard into the truth. People who tell themselves they're "a bit chubby" are usually fat fucks. When a woman tells you she's curvy, what do you picture?

I will not be granted the front-seat without having to go through all sorts of fights and tests. Remember that it takes 2 people to choose to fight.

my line was on right or wrong. I'd first ask who's defined right and wrong in your book.

Meh, I disagree. When reestablishing boundaries there is likely to be conflict. Yes, I'm an idoit for not having them, so I am getting what I deserve for that. you dont understand frame

The actual answer is your stated goals aren't your real goals. Those are your stated goals because you're in MRP frame - that's what you think your goals should be because of the environment. However, by your actions, I'm guessing you don't care too much about those.

Weak, pathetic men have all their bullshit rationalization until the moment they meet reality. People, especially women, aren't fucking retards. We can all see through the bullshit that these men spew.

Yeah, when I want to tell her something I accomplished, this goes through my head: 1. I want to share good news with her because she's someone I trust. It makes me feel good to say what I did well to anyone I trust, but especially her since we're close 2. I want her to know I'm improving, I want her to think of me highly and feel safe that she's with someone that is like that. "look at me mommy! look what I did!" i'm sure that'll get her juices flowing. you fucking idiot.

I tried to not show any butthurt (I felt it though) and said that's fine, I'm going to the gym then. Then I got an apology from her for not wanting to Men with no frame and the bullshit they try to peddle. You were butthurt. And I clearly showed. Why else is she apologizing? You further fucked up by saying "it's fine" when it wasn't. "I want you to want it..." is horseshit. What you really wanted was for her to get on her knees and suck your dick. But because you have no frame, you caved instant…
