You've just found out why cannabis is widely considered the "weed of wisdom". Do not smoke it daily, though, and do not smoke and veg out. Only smoke when you're doing stuff. 1	The Red Pill Guide To: Mindfulness & Meditation Hmmm. I honestly just choose from the first 10 videos depending on the description and I've been quite content with that so far, as a beginner. One or two pop up with a guided hypnosis as well, which works amazingly to calm your mind (an hour long, though). The app that I've used so far is Living in Love. It's created by deepak chopra and has a few short and free mediations whilst prompting you to buy the others if you want any more. 5	The Red Pill Guide To: Mindfulness & Meditation Ive just started recently. Guided mediations on YouTube are a great help. Quite a few of them are around 20 minutes long and that's fairly easy to do when you're being guided.
