Yeah. I'm not actually trying to the fix the relationship, since she's the one that sent me IOIs, but it'll look that way to other people.
/r/askTRP24/01/19 08:37 PM
1

Fuck. I've googled it, and the closest bjj place is 12 miles away. But I'll try.
/r/askTRP28/10/18 02:29 PM

That's good, thanks bro.
/r/askTRP27/10/18 01:42 AM

Ah, okay. Is there a way to spin filmmaking in a similar way? Like 'hey, you want to be in my short film?'

In photography, how would I go from starting out to regularly taking pictures of hot girls?
/r/askTRP27/10/18 01:31 AM

Okay, thanks mate.

Any books or videos for me to watch about social skills?

True. How much does it cost to train, though?

Thank you.

Idk why they let me lift when they don't let me do sports. They're just irrational as shit.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 07:20 PM

I have to preface by saying I've shown them multiple studies and stats and even got coaches to talk to them. They don't believe the stats. I even tried to forge their signature to get into sports, but by this point the coaches knew that my parents would never let me play sports and called my bluff. Anyway, their argument: 'Sports are only useful if you get recruited to colleges. The school you go to is bad at sports, and nobody from it has gotten recruited for the past 10 years. Since you can't …

Any tips for befriending these guys who naturally get a lot of girls? Usually, the guys who play sports, get girls, and are popular hang out with other popular guys. How can I, so to speak, break into their group?

I believe it is law 38.

I mean, I found reddit a while ago, mostly just messing around with it until I found this sub.

Are you referring to the 48 laws of power?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 06:00 PM

True. But it combines a lot of my interests. I guess I'll look around to see if anyone has a camera to borrow.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 06:00 PM
1

Ah. Not to brag, but I'm taking classes usually only seniors take as a freshman, and I'm getting a 5.0 gpa.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 05:59 PM
1

True, thank you.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 05:58 PM

Ah, okay. Makes sense, thanks.

They say friends and popularity only distract from your studies, and that these facts and statistics about the benefit of sports are bullshit, but I'll try. Thank you.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 05:20 PM

Okay, thank you.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 05:19 PM

Nah, I'm listening to everyone else except for you and gaylubeoil. I'm 14, not an idiot, and I know that 1) blowing an air horn in class will make me even less popular than I already am and 2) school is important if I want to be a doctor, lawyer, dentist, or academic. Which I do.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 05:18 PM
1

Thank you, this helps a lot.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 05:10 PM

Ah, okay. That makes sense. Related, what about filmmaking?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 05:09 PM

Don't worry, I read all the comments. As for Latin, I meant the language, bot the dancing, lol. But I see your point.

I'll try to join some rec leagues in college. What do you suggest doing now?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 05:06 PM

Ah, okay. Similar to photography, what do you think of filmmaking as a hobby?

I am Asian. As for golf, I tried convincing them it's good for meeting the rich and influential. They just said nope, if you want to play golf play it when you're in college.

1

Why photography?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:54 PM

Last time I tried that, they locked me in the house with no way to lift.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:54 PM
1

Okay, thank you.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:53 PM
1

No, I didn't mention my aspirations, but I was talking personal- whether or not the advice works for me. You can get a good job without having a college degree. You can't have the good job I want without a college degree. That's not called cherry picking, that's called telling people your ambitions.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:50 PM

/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:40 PM

Thanks. Any tips on not overthinking?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:39 PM
1

Nice, I'll check it out.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:38 PM
1

Nice. The only problem is convincing my parents it will help with college.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:35 PM
1

Their reason is simple: If you play sports, it should be to be recruited. Our school is trash at sports and nobody gets recruited, therefore it's a waste of time.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:35 PM
1

I've really tried everything to convince them, they don't care. I needed their signature to play, so I just tried to forge it to get in. But all the coaches knew my parents wouldn't let me play, so they called me on my bluff.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:33 PM
1

I would. But you need your parents signature to sign up. I considered just forging their handwriting, but that didn't work, cause all the coaches already know my parents won't let me play anything.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:32 PM
1

Guess I gotta come up with a good lie then.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:30 PM
1

How about filmmaking? Always something I've been interested in.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:30 PM
1

A full-time would be nice. But I don't want to ruin my childhood over it.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:15 PM
1

Even if i could get good grades spouting shit, which is debatable at my school (extremely biased teachers), gaylubeoil's idea that playing an air horn in class will get blowjobs is fucking ridiculous. If that was true, the annoying class clown would be getting a lot of pussy. And he isn't. He gets bullied instead.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:13 PM

Thanks mate, I'll check it out.

Motocross sounds fun. How can I convince my parents it'll look good on college apps, though?

Thanks, I'll dm you in a bit.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:10 PM

Okay. I've always been into shoes, would you suggest reselling those?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:10 PM
1

I've been trying to convince them for 4 years, including having them literally talk to coaches. They don't believe facts or statistics, either. What is there to do?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:09 PM
1

Why photography?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:09 PM
2

True, I want to be a cardiologist, which requires science. Any other advice?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:08 PM
1

Hmm. I have two questions: I've been trying to persuade them for years with stuff that includes even talking to coaches. But they don't believe statistics or facts, so how would I convince them? The most popular sports where I live are really skill-based (soccer, football, baseball, lacrosse), and the kids one them have been playing for years. However, I could probably get into sports like track, cross country, or swimming. But they're not the most popular at my school. Is it still worth it?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:08 PM
1

Ah. I apologise, I'm an Indian living in America, not india. But your post was really enlightening. I have a few questions if you don't mind: For sports, the popular sports where I live are football, baseball, soccer, and lacrosse. Of these, soccer would probably be the easiest to learn. What would I do with? Play with people for fun? As for making friends with losers, I honestly am kind of in the loser group right now. I find them cringey and dumb, but they're the only one who are completely ni…
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:05 PM

That makes so much sense, thanks.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:59 PM

They literally don't trust facts or stats, but I'll try.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:57 PM
1

That's what I said, but they don't give a shit about that.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:56 PM
1

That's a pretty good idea, thanks. I can use YouTube to learn on my own, right?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:56 PM

Your town sounds exactly like mine. What advice would you give your 14-year-old self?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:55 PM
1

Okay, thank you.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:54 PM
1

It sounds like a great idea. How can I convince parents it'll help on college applications?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:54 PM
2

Haha, TBH I don't know half of what you're talking about, but I'll look it up.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:53 PM
1

But a big part of my post is that my parents won't help me play sports.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:52 PM
1

Haha, of course not.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:09 AM

As for defying them, I’m trying to think of ways around them. Last time I defied them, they prohibited me from lifting and basically took away any contact from the outside world. Also, you need a parent signature to play. I was thinking of just forging their signature, but the coaches (who I got to talk to my parents about the benefits of sports, to no avail) know my parents would never sign me up. Any ideas on how to sidestep this would be greatly appreciated.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:08 AM
1

Thank you. I’ll take notes and analyze when talking to people.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:05 AM
1

Nice. What’s your opinion on the stock market and investing?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:04 AM
1

How do they still control you?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:04 AM
1

Alright. I’ll pm you as well in the morning.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:03 AM
1

Yes, because the kid who has a 5.0 gpa taking classes normally reserved for seniors, is a state-level competitor in multiple clubs, and still managed to lift 4 times a week has no discipline. As for cherrypicking, it’s a problem of communication. You’re talking general while I’m talking specific: generally, it is possible to not go to college and still make money? Yes, it’s possible. However, from my specific point of view, because I want to be a cardiologist, I have to get good grades, and I ha…
/r/askTRP26/10/18 04:02 AM
1

Will they really?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:28 AM
1

You’re right about leadership and team skills. My parents want me to get a full ride to the state school, which doesn’t take extracurricular activities into consideration unless you’re being recruited.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:28 AM
1

Why will that help? And where would I get the revenue?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:22 AM
1

I’m already bigger than any other freshman guy.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:21 AM
1

I see. How would I offer my homework to the alpha kids exclusively? Walk up to them and offer to do their homework?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:21 AM
1

I’ll pm you tomorrow.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:19 AM
1

My will? Do tell.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 03:17 AM
1

Ah, okay. Any other advice?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:58 AM
1

Yes, because being a cardiologist can be learned on YouTube. All this med school shit, hogwash. And being the total alpha you are, you choose to spend your day debating a 14-year-old who’ll end up with a unicorn bride instead of fucking one of your numerous plates.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:49 AM

What does a high SMV male dress like?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:47 AM

Thanks, will do.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:46 AM

I’m in acting 1, might try out for a theater production.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:44 AM
1

Yes, that’s a great idea!
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:43 AM
1

How can I get good at a sport when my parents prohibit me from playing?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:42 AM
1

Yeah, but you also played 3 sports, so you’re a smart athlete. Speaking of, which sports?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:41 AM
1

Okay, thank you. I’ll post stuff on Snapchat like ‘HMU if you want the homework answers’ or shit like that.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:41 AM
1

Thank you. I know grades come first, but after my studying has been taken care of, how would you say to increase my social status and have fun? Besides lifting and presentation, of course.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:38 AM
1

If I get good grades, that increases my chances of going to a good college. If I go to a good college, that increases my chances of getting a good job. If I get a good job, then that increases my chances I won’t be poor. If you need me to explain why I don’t want to be poor, then you are truly dumb. Anyway, I digress. How the hell do you think I’m going to get good grades to begin with, if I spend class mouthing off and annoying the teahcers?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:35 AM
1

Lol. Most kids my age only listen to rap, but I see your point. Most of my current ‘friends’ are kinda weirdos I don’t like much anyway, so I’ll go solo for now.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:32 AM
1

Damn, thanks.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:30 AM
1

Where would I perform? In a band?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:00 AM
1

I already lift. I have a better body than any other freshman. And those skills aren’t that high SMV in high school.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 02:00 AM
1

I do Latin and French.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:59 AM
1

Okay.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:58 AM
1

I totally agree. Just because school isn’t to your liking, you should disregard grades and worry about being the class clown. After all, who needs college or a job?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:58 AM
1

I’m in debate as well.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:53 AM

Thank you.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:52 AM

My parents don’t really let me have hobbies outside school and clubs.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:52 AM
1

I’m already friends with less popular people. I may be wrong, but as it already has, I feel like becoming close friends with these people will only cement my own low status. I’ve read Dale Carnegie and use a lot of tips from his already.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:51 AM
1

Hey, if being a disruptive idiot instead of learning in class is your idea of being a man, that’s kinda sad.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:48 AM
1

That’s the hard thing, no matter what I try, I always think these guy is better than me. Is accomplishing my goals a good way to not see myself as so inferior?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:46 AM
1

Not really, all the popular kids in my grade, who actually are getting blowjobs, are rich, preppy, get top-notch grades, and excel in more than one sport.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:44 AM
1

Thanks, I really appreciate it. Truly.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:43 AM
17

Lol.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:42 AM
1

The problem is, my friend group is kinda lame. I never really liked them, but they were the only group totally accepting of me anyway. But my personality clashes. I’m ambitious, I want to ride in status. They just wanna sit around on weekends and play video games. And by this point, cliques have already formed, and I’m seen as a member of the loser clique, so it’s hard to get better friends.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:42 AM
1

Yeah, and I know it sounds pussy as shit, but it’s incredibly hard to go through school knowing that people don’t invite you to stuff and that people don’t like you much.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:38 AM
2

Where am I going to get a motorcycle?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:37 AM
2

They won’t sign the sign-up sheets, and it’s well-known at this point by all the coaches (who I asked to talk to them) that they don’t let me play, so forging their handwriting won’t fly. Any suggestion for getting around that?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:37 AM
1

How do I stop comparing myself and become more confident?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:34 AM
1

True. It’s an option, but a last resort type of thing.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:34 AM
1

It energizes me. I’ve talked to people in class, and based on body language and verbal cues, I can tell they usually like me. But they don’t invite me to hang out outside school, presumably because of low SMV despite lifting.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:29 AM
1

They just pointed out that no captain of any sports team has gotten recruited in the past 10 years.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:25 AM
1

I already have a pretty good body- better than other freshman. What vibe do I need to give off specifically?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:25 AM
1

Thank you.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:24 AM
1

I have a better body than any other guy my age, since nobody else lifts. But the popular guys have already started getting laid.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:22 AM
1

Have fun how? About girls lining up to fuck me, the popular guys at my school has already started getting blowjobs and in some cases, even having sex. It kinda makes me feel pathetic that I’m just sitting alone doing jackshit while like 20 guys my age are going around having the time of their lives.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:21 AM
1

Im actually extroverted, but due in part to being nerdy and because I don’t play any sports, I have no popularity. Is it low SMV to want to have more friends?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:18 AM
1

Yes, why’
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:14 AM
1

For leadership positions, as of now, I’m not respected enough to get any leadership positions. How can I gain more respect?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:14 AM
1

What do you get out of being sarcastic?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:12 AM
1

Hmm. They don’t trust statistics or facts, but I’ll try.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:12 AM
1

It’s alright, thanks for the advice bro
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:12 AM
1

I’ve tried making friends, but people just don’t take me seriously and tend to laugh at me.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 01:11 AM
1

Lol.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 12:25 AM
1

Oof. That'll be 4 years of being unpopular, then.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 12:25 AM
1

I'm 14. any other advice?
/r/askTRP26/10/18 12:25 AM
2

I asked my parents, they said hell nah.
/r/askTRP26/10/18 12:25 AM
1

I did. I started failing all my classes, they took away my stuff. I didn't like not being able to lift or contact the outside world.
/r/askTRP25/10/18 11:33 PM
1

Yeah. But I can't get away from them for 4 more years. And I feel like trying to make the best of the situation.
/r/askTRP25/10/18 11:30 PM
1

Tried that at the beginning of the year. They just took away all my stuff, didn't let me go anywhere except school, and didn't even let me lift.
/r/askTRP25/10/18 11:29 PM
1

True. But punching a bag for 4 years might get tedious.
/r/askTRP25/10/18 11:27 PM
1

True. But they don't want me to go to a top college, since it's expensive and we're too well-off for financial aid, but get a full ride to the local state school. They say that since these scholarships are based on academics alone, I should focus only on school and clubs that help with school.
/r/askTRP25/10/18 11:25 PM

/r/askTRP25/10/18 11:22 PM
1

If they still don't bite tell them that their being controlling is only going to make you that much more wild when you go to college and are on your own and see how they react lmao. Dad just said that he doesn't care when I'm in college, but as long as I'm in their house, I do what I'm told,

But doesn't MMA require techniques and stuff you have to learn beyond just punching?

They don't want me doing anything that they see as a waste of time. I could do bouldering gym if and only if I convince them that it somehow helps my college application.

I've been trying for 4 years: showing them facts, getting them to talk to experts and coaches, telling them how I feel. They didn't budge.

Let's hope we get lots of good answers then.

Not bragging, but yeah, I'm honestly on track (pun not intended) to be valedictorian. My dad's logic is this: sports are only good for getting recruited to college. The school I go to is trash at sports, so I won't get recruited. So I'm not going to play sporrs.

Nope. Their logic is this: sports are only useful if you get recruited. The school I go to is trash at sports, therefore I will not get recruited. So I shouldn't play any sports and focus on school and clubs to get into college. How would I get started with rebuilding cars?

Yeah. I've been trying to convince them for 4 years to let me play a sport, but they don't budge. I've had them personally talk to coaches. Nope.

Okay, thank you.

On the 2nd two things, shouldn't I first try to talk and befriend them before inviting them places? As for girls, any advice on how to do that?

Ah, okay. Thank you.

Ah, that makes sense. In my experience, though, I've wasted so much time when I'm horny, but force myself not to jerk off.

See, the thing about nofap is: There's lots of evidence on why porn is bad. But I can't find any evidence that masturbating itself is bad. IDK.

Makes sense, thanks. Any tips on raising SMV in the mean time?

But where outside school? 99% of girls I know are from school or school clubs, so I need to go somewhere to game.

Ah, okay. Could you give me examples of what little expirements entail?
/r/askTRP18/10/18 08:51 PM

Ah, okay. One problem is the risk girls I meet outside school may know girls from school (smallish town), but I'll try to avoid that.

Any suggestions for where to approach, then?

Okay, thank you. Will people change their judgement on your SMV? There are many girls I know who have basically written me off as a loser, will this work with them as well? Or will they still remember and think of me as a loser?

Alright, thank you. If I improve my appearance (I've been rated a 5 because of my acne and hair), continue lifting, dress better, and gain more status, will girls show IOIs without gaming?
