Sure. But Skittles guy likely didn't ask for comfort from a bunch of strangers on the internet after making an ass of himself.

It could be the last thing she thinks of and she would still have plenty of time before the statute of limitations is up to sue this guy out of spite. Merely consulting a lawyer so he can avoid any landmines would cost little to nothing. I talked to one of mine the other day for 10 minutes and it cost me nothing. Had I been charged a full hour it would still have been worth it. Willfully remaining ignorant of the battlefield is not particularly Redpill.

Consult a lawyer. She may have tenant rights because of how long she's been there. Brace yourself for the process of breaking up and getting her out to be awkward and for it to take longer than you'd like. Maybe you'll get lucky but probably not. You made your bed and you've got to lay in it now. You just have to suck it up and take the steps if you want to be rid of her.

LOL. I want to make fun of you in subtle ways indicating you are the chick, but you will miss the point. I will say it is very telling that you answered with her ethnicity and not yours. She is apparently your mental point of origin and not yourself.

You claim to have options, but if she is your best option you need better options. What actually is your question anyway?

WTF does fairness have to offer you? Adding more beta is not going to help your situation.

That's a reasonable addition to the list as it might not be an obvious subset of physical health.

Since others have already given good, positive advice (do's), I'll add some negative advice (don't's). Don't father any children flippantly or by "accident". Don't engage in criminal activity. Don't spend money you don't have. Don't get married. Don't neglect your physical health. The above covers the major fuck ups to avoid. The rest of the canvas of your life is wide open to fill. Kudos for asking and attempting to take the wheel of your life at an early age.

I'm late to the game here and you may not see this post but OP, go for 100% custody. The wife's offer to do so sounds like a gift from god. Make it official and legal. Do you really want a nut raising your daughter? Instead of paying her child support you could hire babysitters/nannies that would be better influences for your daughter. No?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
