The body is always adapting. Hitting a plateau is something ALL bodybuilders experience. You need to step up your progressive overload, sleep 8 hours and a lot more quality food. I meant to emphasize eating a lot more food, but it should be quality food as well. If you are running a maintenance diet, you will see maintenance level results.

I’ve been there, I thought my body was shutting down, muscles locking up, lethargic to the point I crashed for nearly 15 hours. It is very possible to overtrain. The key as he mentioned is to eat right, sleep right and I would add to listen to your body. Go back to the gym, but take it light. Walk it off.
