OYS 2 Me: 46, 188 lbs (down 2 lbs). Body fat is 17% using Navy Method. Goal weight of 175 or whatever it takes to get to <10% bodyfat. I don't know how long it will take, but I am not there yet. The work lunches and dinners always throw off my Macro/TDEE counts because I am not preparing the foods myself, but at least I can make pretty good choices now after seeing how quickly the calories add up. Stoicism (the version taught by Seneca and Marcus Aurelius) and not DEERing. Do not argue with her in therapy. Use it as a barometer for your progress as you fix yourself. My therapist noticed that I changed for the better.

Do you like watching a train wreck from the inside? That’s what I am doing as I also am currently in couples therapy.
