Very interesting, I haven’t heard these ideas described the way you have before. It’s a very omniscient perspective. And I do hope to try psychedelics in the future, but as you said, I will likely try a low dose. In the meanwhile, I may have to give meditation a more serious look. Thanks for sharing.

Glad you’re doing better, I really enjoy reading your posts. DP/DR is a terrifying concept and is one of the major things that keeps me from trying psychedelics. Best of luck to you.

I agree with /u/dynasty_400. I think I’m a way, you’re sort of jealous that all these girls just have sex available so freely to them, and you don’t really like it since it’s so much more difficult for you. It’s just a matter of time for you though. If you sleep with a few girls, you will be more comfortable with them talking about sex, and you will sleep with even more girls.

Agreed. But I think the main reason for this is because muscles are associated with manliness, which leads to confidence. A lot of us can easily visualize a guy like Justin Bieber with supermodels even though he’s shorter and pretty skinny. This is because he oozes confidence, which is really what is all comes down to.

Bro it's so easy. All you have to do is not give a fuck. It really is just that easy.

Isn't that exactly what the quote just said.

Completely agree, which is where things start getting confusing for both parties.

This is terrible advice that shouldn't be upvoted. As a man you want to take the lead and be clear with your intentions. This "technique" just adds confusion to the mix and just delays the actual point where you will have to actually make a move in order to determine if she likes you.

I'm not an expert so just keep that in mind, but girls in terms of dating run mostly by emotion. So when she is attracted to you and feels a connection, she just wants you to lead her and spontaneously ask her out. They way you did it is more logical and robotic. "I like you, do you like me? If yes, then let's date." It's like how it's better to go in for the kiss and fail then ask if she would like to kiss.

Seriously great post. This should almost be put in the sidebar. This is what newbies should read before they begin.

This sounds all well and good but then you've just shifted from "how's the weather" to "what do other people talk to you about". Neither of those really sound interesting to me and just like the weather, I don't care about what he talks about with others. I feel like this is an analytical approach to the problem of not having something to talk about rather than how a good conversation should be which is more emotional and involved.

Give value to them. Realize that they are another person who wants to feel good, just like you. Show her a new place in your city. Teach her a fact. Buy her a personal gift. Give her an orgasm. Write a song with her. Take her to a concert/museum/unique coffee shop. Tell her a joke that makes her laugh. Give her an experience she won't forget. It can be anything, but you want her to think back to her time with you, no matter how short it was, and smile.

Thanks for sharing that. Do you get a lot of success now? Would you say it's all been worth it and would you do it again? Sorry for bombarding you with questions, I just feel like I'm in a similar situation but want to know if maybe it's just a grass is always greener situation.

I'll try to do the same. Thanks. One more question if I may ask, what were you like before all the pickup? Did you have a lot of approach anxiety? Were you more shy?

I don't think you really even read what he posted if that's your reply. He was a pussy before who bent over backwards to make people happy. He hated this person. He realized this and did a complete 180 in order to be the person he wanted to be. However, the new him is not as amazing as he though it should be and he doesn't like this type of personality either. The real answer here is basically the same as everything else in this sub. What? Not everyone's an Internet nerd that studies tic tac toe. I'd guess 95+% of girls don't know how to draw, especially not girls at a bar.

FYI even though ghb has a reputation for being known as the date rape drug, it's actually not. It's more like alcohol than roofies.

That's not the same thing at all. International students are rich, and rich people in 2nd/3rd world countries are more similar to American students than their own country's people.

I don't understand what you're trying to do. This is a study done on thousands of messages, and you are just guessing based on personal experiences. Why would anyone take your word over okcupid.

I would rather get physically punched every time I got rejected rather than take the emotional punch.
/r/seduction06/10/15 06:41 PM

You're confusing a nice guy with a guy who is nice. You are a guy who is nice. You're a regular guy but you are kinder than most. The definition of a nice guy basically requires fear of rejection.
/r/seduction27/09/15 07:39 PM

Yeah but he was only friends with her because he was too afraid to make a move.
/r/seduction27/09/15 06:09 AM

Can you explain. Because I disagree.
/r/seduction27/09/15 06:09 AM
2

Fear of rejection is part of what makes guys into nice guys.
/r/seduction27/09/15 04:47 AM
1

That's exactly my point. When a beginner assumes attraction, he follows those things you wrote much better. However, as you become naturally confident and comfortable with yourself, there is no need to assume attraction. Assuming attraction is an insecure thing to do. It shows that you think you can only get the girl because she is attracted to you.
/r/seduction12/09/15 06:57 AM
3

Except it's pretty established that assuming attraction is not an effective strategy at all but is more geared towards giving these guys the confidence to start off.
/r/seduction12/09/15 06:30 AM

I'm just saying that if everyone around you is calling you an ass, you may want to actually think about how you're acting. Seduction is about bettering yourself continuously, so that the confidence you have is true confidence. You kinda sound like you're compensating. You write the story directly to brag and make it seem like you live an incredible life. But the story wasn't that interesting, and you didn't tell it well.
/r/seduction22/08/15 10:07 PM
4

Seriously. The story comes off so much like he thinks he's hot shit the whole way through. This wasn't even a good story. I got bored quickly, but hoped there was something interesting or educational coming up. Nope.
/r/seduction22/08/15 11:21 AM

Don't worry. There's a lot that my parents did right, but there a little of little yet significant things that I will ensure I do better.
/r/seduction08/08/15 07:24 PM

Adding on to this, though you may not agree. The majority of people are only focused on themselves. In a relationship, if/when the girl no longer feels for you, she will drop you just like that, regardless of how you feel (just like how you would do the same). When I realized how little others actually care about my well being, it made it easier to be more focused on myself and my feelings over how others feel.

My first approach was this old guy and I just asked him for a piece of gum. He smiled and said no, sorry. Then I asked a guy right next to him who was listening to our conversation if he had a piece of gum. He gave me a weird look and said "why are you asking a stranger" Then the old guy says "Yeah, that's kind of a weird question." I wasn't really nervous so I just say in a friendly way "how is that weird? I just want to freshen up my breath" The old guy shrugs and smiles and says "oh okay" The…

What about opening doors for people or pausing for an extra few seconds to let a pedestrian cross? Neither are things you genuinely want to do in your own self interest but are considered polite. Small decisions like these populate our every day lives, and these are the things that constitute the fine line.

While the sentiment is great, this post is not that helpful. The line between dominant and asshole is very thin in many places. The hard part is knowing where that is in various situations.

Yeah I think you've got basically everything you need for inner game. Taking care of your body, taking care of your looks, pursuing interests, etc. So once you got over that girl, you basically had everything you needed to become an expert. Congratulations buddy you've truly earned it. I hope to reach your level some day. Please keep us posted 😊

Hard to believe you're just starting out. You seem so natural already. Edit: Just realized I was one of the few who commented on your first post. You seemed like a real beginner there, so clearly you are improving very quickly.

This is seriously a fantastic reply. It basically encompasses everything you need to know to go into seduction.
/r/seduction01/04/15 06:32 PM

Well that makes sense. I was just informing you of the standard college dating guide but in this case, just keep doing you. The whole idea was cold approaching is very polarizing, so the girls who reject you may call you a creep, pass it on to their friends, ad infinitum until you are the campus creep. It's not so weird if you somewhat know the girl basically.
/r/seduction31/03/15 01:59 AM
7

I only read like half of this so far, but I just want to say that college is not the best place for consistent cold approaches. Obviously, you can do whatever you want, but the better plan is to build a social circle (which is relatively easy in college) and find girls through that. There will be less girls available than if you had just cold approached, but it boosts your success rate since they have some comfort in the fact that you two have mutual friends.

First of all, good work. You're a beginner, but you've gotten miles ahead of most other guys. Second, I do believe that you should have been more confident and led more. If this girl's hands are in your pants, she obviously wants you. Make the push to go farther, and if she rejects them, either try again later (if she keeps you around) or move on (if she basically pushes you away offended). Also, I completely agree with you on the email thing. Hell no would I ever take a girls email. If she had …

Before reading this thread at all, I'm going to put the issue I believe this post will be a about: oneitis... Well, it seems I was right. Your issue is that you're too hung up on this one girl. Why? You have chilled with this girl a lot and believe she is perfect for you, but, in reality, you are just desperate for a relationship/ attention/ whatever it may be, and this girl, you believe, is your best chance at that. In reality, every human is flawed. You likely have an idealized view of her thi…

/r/seduction06/01/15 08:30 AM

This is exactly it. Nobody wants to be friends with someone they consider low value. It's kinda messed up, but part of what most people value themselves by is what their friends are like. Use /u/nobody2000 's comment as a guide to become high value. You can then add that value to other people's lives. Eventually, people will flock to be around you, and you get to choose who you want to hang out with.
/r/seduction31/12/14 05:40 AM

No, the whole point of this subreddit is to get you to enjoy your life to the fullest, while also bringing joy to those around you ie not being a dick.

You don't allow yourself to get strung along if you are aware of it. Not everyone in this sub is confident and completely set on their actions, meaning that just the attention from a girl is enough to blind us from what's actually going on. I'm brought up that point because it truly related to my experience with the girl. At some point, things weren't moving the way I wanted, so I put my feelings and intentions on the table. Her reaction was to comfort me and give me false hope. She continued to…
/r/seduction23/10/14 06:42 PM

The thing is most of these guys really don't care for a female friend. Friends aren't that hard to come by, even close friends. The problem is most guys' intentions from the beginning are to date, but they hide them in fear of rejection.
/r/seduction23/10/14 05:10 PM

I'm really happy I could help in any way. Don't be so hard on yourself either and also don't think so negatively of the situation. Remember the good times you had and the good feelings the relationship gave you and take those with you. The rest is all the past. Keep your head up and move forward from here.

I want to offer my own experiences as well. I was in nearly the exact same position as the person who commented above. However, this girl was using me and knew it, and I was clueless for some reason. Truth be told, I only got out of it relatively unscathed because her friend was looking out for me and let me know what was up before I got too crazy. It's caused me to be a lot more cautious with women. However, the way to avoid all this is to be upfront and direct with your intentions FROM THE BEG…

That last paragraph you stated is probably the most valuable sentence in this thread. People talk more on things they relate to and enjoy. If she barely responds to a certain item in the conversation, she just doesn't have much to say about it.
