You should really stay out of the RP server. It's not good for anyone's mental health, especially your own. Depending on your height, 150-160 might be a perfectly healthy BMI.

There actually is a theory that brain inflammation is associated with autism, and prenatal stress plays a role. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2632594/ https://www.academia.edu/download/71400217/Perinatal_complications_as_predictors_of20211005-31213-1ppb27d.pdf

The burden of proof isn't on the one who makes the first claim, it's on the one who is attempting to disprove the null hypothesis. AKA the hypothesis that women didn't lose their jobs.

A woman who cares more about character and a sense of humor than intelligence would prefer 1 to 2. That being said, I respect your personal preference, I just don't think you don't need to justify it by trying to appeal to others via a simple anectode. If you do, it opens you up to questions like "would you prefer a rich, funny, good looking guy, who is also a genuinely kind and good person to a 140iq bitter unemployed nihilist who lives in his parent's basement? If it it is 1, how can you claim…

and hoping for more of course I think that's the problem. I don't think a woman can really find social happiness if all the people who think she's worth talking to only do so for a reason that has nothing to do with her personality or who she is. That's one advantage men have over women - if someone claims to like us, we can be sure that claim is genuine, so sure that we can sometimes forget that isn't an assumption women can make.

While I mostly agree, I'm just gonna play double's avocado here for a bit. Most women aren’t looking back at the guy who she didn’t like at 23 and thinking, they missed out on him at 23. Maybe that's because as (for example) a 30-year old woman, her memory of a 23-year old obviously can't compete with the 30-somethings she's dating now.

As long as you're happier single than with any of them, you can stand proud. I've re-read your first comment and I think if you feel the need, you should focus on your top-level sources of dates and see if they're attracting the right kind of people for you.

We have enough data to show that when women filter out men with these supposed "high standards", all they end up having are, like I said in my previous comment: alpha dudes, dudes who hit the genetic lottery, dudes who know and play the dating game very well, dudes who are charismatic, dudes who are also more seductive, more funny, etc. Sure, if their standards are "he makes me feel good", as is the case with the vast majority. Not the case if, in addition to this, the woman sets a hard, objecti…

fucking him early doesn't ruin the deal (in fact, it improves your odds), As sad as it is, I've seen a lot of otherwise good men get turned off when someone they're considering for a relationship gives it up early. The important skill for a woman is being able to place a man on the spectrum from casual to relationship-oriented.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/20 05:12 PM
1

Not all men are the same. Some are R-selectors, some are K-selectors. The small minority who pick and choose aren't worth your time. I can't help but wonder if you've ever seen a real, physical man exhibit both these views.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/20 05:09 PM
1

It's not about waiting N dates. It's about developing the relationship to the point where the woman can tell the man is highly emotionally invested in her. If you can't figure out when that happens (or tell when it isn't going to happen), all the dates in the world won't keep a guy from ghosting you once he's had his fun.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/20 05:04 PM
2

OP is literally asking what men want Yes and he is telling OP to stop caring about random men and focus on her own priorities. Because that is what works (see: all of male pickup).
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/20 05:02 PM
1

I think he is telling women to change, hence the resistance.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/20 05:00 PM
1

THAT’S when you get shunted IMMEDIATELY. That's OK. You should breathe a sigh of relief when a dickwad leaves. The faster you can filter them out, the greater the portion of your time you can dedicate to better prospects. That principle is 80% of why pickup artists (and businesspeople) are successful.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/20 04:57 PM
1

The person you're describing clearly isn't ready for a long-term relationship. If you or OP wants one, then following the advice would filter him out of your life very quickly and efficiently, as intended. The point of having standards is to repel those who don't meet them. You are right about things not being simple—which is why the advice is appropriately vague.

Let's say a woman is pregnant, and after discussing with the father, she decides she wants nothing to do with the baby. After delivery, she immediately hands off to dad. Well guess what? Dad can still force her to pay child support, can drop the baby off at a safe haven, can forfeit the baby to the state, and can force the woman to subsidize the cost of the child. Which is exactly why a woman who doesn't want a baby will get an abortion, even against the father's wishes. On the flip side, a man …

Single women are often consumed with the idea of finding a partner, not with cruising for dick. You're completely correct. They focus on relationships and not sex because: having adequate to unlimited access to casual sex means you only have to devote 1% of your life to thinking about sex which frees you up to focus your energy elsewhere
