I am in a similar situation to the poster you mention. I've almost never witnessed cat calling and infrequently seen harassing behaviour at all. We could try creating spaces for men that have a healthy and respectful culture. Individually you can't do that much but as an entire gender we can make sure that the next generation of boys has a healthier definition and concept of masculinity. It's a slow process, but an important one.

I'd like to propose a different way of looking at abortion laws. If we view it as only about body autonomy, then you're right that there is currently an imbalance. If instead we look at the purpose of the law as protecting the most vulnerable individual, then I think it makes a lot more sense. If a woman becomes pregnant, she has a lot more risk and consequences than a man does. Protecting her right to get an abortion without his permission makes sense as she's the more vulnerable person.
