Toxic masculinity is when traits associated with masculinity are taken to the extreme, it does not make masculine traits bad by default. Perhaps you should read the next sentence where it explains that "Such "toxic" masculine norms include dominance, devaluation of women, extreme self-reliance, and the suppression of emotions.". You wilfully didn't include that part and I'm interested to know why because its very important in explain what toxic masculinity is.
