Overall, Reddit is a ridiculous, contorted view of the world. I only use it for a few specific purposes. Ignore the super liberal, far left aspect of it.

Dang, those kids are awesome. Nice.

My ex was successful in permanently destroying my relationship with my children, and stealing tens of thousands of dollars from me. The court system is literally the world's biggest joke.

I acknowledge that fact 100%. If you have kids and are dealing with divorce, you don't really have much hope at all.

Yes it is. Keep it anonymous though, at first.

It took me more than a year to fully recover emotionally and mentally, and I'm still not fully there. Medication can really help bring broken people back to somewhat normal, believe it or not. I nearly have my house paid off, own lots of property, work from home full-time, invest in stocks, and keep large amounts in savings. I also invest heavily in firearms and ammunition stockpiles. I ride motorcycles, drive a brand new truck, and do yard work for fun. I have a beautiful, and very kind / lovin…

Attorneys are fucking retarded. My attorney spent more time making excuses for the opposition, than fighting for my rights.

This is almost exactly what my ex did. I was risking getting arrested because I have lots of guns and ammo, and a protection order automatically disqualifies you from owning firearms. The only option I had, to avoid PERMANENTLY being banned from owning firearms (aka. castration) was to draft a legal agreement that gives her the kids 100%, refunds 100% child support back to me, and all legal actions are dropped between both of us. No contact between either families going forward. We permanently c…

Welcome to fucked up Seattle. These leftist hellholes create special protections for women, because feminism. I used to live in King County.

That would only be fair. The man loses out entirely and the woman simply benefits.

Women always prefer white wine. Just FYI for the future. Las Vegas is 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Nice dodge. You're better off without her, believe me.

Fuck dude. I am so sorry. I hope you're still financially okay. Stay strong, brother.

Exactly this. Cut ties immediately. Set extremely strong boundaries and stand up for yourself. Her primary objective in life is to screw you over emotionally, financially, and otherwise. BE STRONG and don't let her harm you.

Remain calm. RECORD EVERYTHING on audio at least and preferably video too. DO NOT believe anything she says. She's out to hurt your life as much as possible.

Can confirm. I personally fucked up and got angry after she gaslighted me for months on end, stole my children, destroyed me financially. I called her a name. She used that against me to get my children taken away from me. Lesson learned, the hard way. No matter how angry you are DO NOT lash out. Remain calm at all times. Don't drink alcohol. Control your feelings.

Same in my jurisdiction. Have a penis, have children, prepare for your life to all but completely end. You will almost certainly turn suicidal and struggle with mental health for the rest of your life. If you're really lucky, you might not lose your job.

Exactly this. It's "for the kids," right mom? Wink wink wink. The court system hates men and fucks the over without due regard for their own well-being. It's literally one of the worst things about the system.

+1 as someone who drank a LOT (not to get drunk, just because I enjoyed beer), your life will be 100x better without a single drop of alcohol. Don't touch it. Substitute something else, like iced tea.

+1000 use a trust to protect your assets so that ex cannot get access to them. As long as you have minor children, she can steal the assets from the children and easily get away with it. You have to mentally separate your assets and your children COMPLETELY.

It doesn't matter if she asks you to list her as a beneficiary or not. Don't do it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
